Vacation rentals with beach access in South Asia

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

I am so happy that I selected this place. Sea view from apartment was just awesome. I got help or response from him whenever I knocked. Apartment was very clean and beautiful more than it shows in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place 😊.

Ocean facing apartment with amazing view. Accessible location with availability of all requirements. Restaurants nearby are so good. Great house feeling with well managed kitchen. Important is completely disturbance free.

5 of us stayed for 10 days and we had such a wonderful time! The apartment has everything we needed and more! The outside space and pool were lovely too. The village had everything we needed and more too! The beach was beautiful. We would love to come back!!

I spent a week at Mirza sahb’s place and i completely loved it! The place had a nice rooftop to enjoy the beachview from a distance. The apartment was clean and Mirza sahb was very accommodating. He let me be in the place late till my flight in the evening. I would love to stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay Ive ever experienced. Very polite and cooperative Staff. Especially Ejaz Ali was very kind and generous. He was always present for us whenever we needed him.

Great stay! The tiny house was clean, modern, and perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and the popular sunset point where you’ll find plenty of vendors, snacks, and drinks in the evening. It’s close enough to the center to be convenient, but far enough to stay peaceful and away from the big crowds. Loved the balance of calm and accessibility.

We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

The area was peaceful and quiet at night, yet close to everything we needed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Тихо, поют птицы. Вилла просто идеальная. Дизайн и индо-португальский стиль - это любовь с первого взгляда. Всё работает: плита, микроволновая печь, тостер, кондиционеры, фены, телевизоры, фильтр для чистой и свежей воды (+каждый день приносят бутылочки воды). На кухне много посуды, чтобы готовить, красиво накрывать стол. Удобная постель и бельё. Ванные со всеми принадлежностями. Спасибо команде клининга. Шамиля следит за чистотой в таком большом доме, мы просто наслаждались жизнью. Чистый, благоухающий, ухоженный дом. Каждый день поливают цветы и выметают двор. Безупречный отдых в красивом месте, рядом с лучшим пляжем в Гоа, вам точно сюда!

The place was exactly like how it was shown in the pictures , extremely safe and peaceful . The luxury and the helpful host security guards made the stay easy and we felt just like at home

Had a wonderful stay at the location. Do not go by the exterior of the building, the Actual property has been maintained very well and is clean and spacious. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough space , they have 2 bedrooms and a Sofa cum bead to accommodate the guests. Right on the beach and you can even walk up to the fort in low tides. There is a caretaker who is always available and very helpful. Deepak the host is very proactive and the communication is very clear.

I had a great stay at this place. The host, Harry, was very helpful and always available to assist. Checking in was easy and the apartment was clean. The best part is that the apartment is right in front of the sea! It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Our stay at Eutierria was quite comfortable, accommodations that provided a lovely except the fisrt day when open the door which gave stain which did not give fresh feeling. The integrated kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary utensils and a refrigerator, fitted drinking water and basic groceries like tea, sugar, and spices were provided. Overall, it's a great option for families planning a longer stay, offering a homely and practical environment.

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !
