We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

I stayed in the cozy room, which is the smallest of the three available spaces. Even so, it was perfect. I had my own TV, fan, and mini fridge. The shared bathroom was rarely shared as there's a half bath near the other upstairs space, and I assume the basement space has its own full bath. Sheryl and Gordon are great, and the house is in a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything at this place was first class. We had an engagement party here and it was perfect! Great atmosphere, plenty of space, walk in cooler, bar area, tables and chairs. So fun by the pond and beautiful evening hanging out. If you are looking for a great place that shows Iowa country at its best, this is it.

The space was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and just as described—with a private living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Caroline was incredibly responsive, warm, and welcoming. We also appreciated having access to the washing machine. Check-in was easy, and the parking was also easy to find thanks to her precise instructions. Everything was well explained, so we had no trouble at all. Caroline was also very flexible and graciously accommodated our request to extend the stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would stay again!

Connie has the perfect setup for our needs. This is my second time staying with Connie and she never disappoints. Our visits are all family related so we are out most of the day and it's wonderful to know we have a beautiful quiet place to come "home" to at the end of a busy day. She provides all the creature comforts needed - water, sodas, snack bars. A big plus for us is that we like to take home Iowa pork chops and she has a freezer to accommodate this need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to everyone!
