Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sousse Governorate

Excellent location right near the beach, some good restaurants, nightlife options, a magasin general, and a short walk the Medina if you are not in a rush. Check in and out was easy and smooth. This is also one of few places that has 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and their ow bathrooms, which was great for my cousin and I. The amount of outdoor space was also fantastic. I highly recommend and will be back when I return to Sousse!

My family and I were welcomed in a place of impeccable cleanliness with a fine decoration that perfectly blends with the settlement environment. The terrace and windows of the common areas offer a breathtaking view of the harbor of El Kantaoui. For families with children like us, you have EVERYTHING nearby and no need to go further for activities. This place is in a strategic location in the city of SOUSSE and I highly recommend it. Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

We had the most amazing time at Neilas place! The apartment was even more lovely in real life and had a very artistry atmosphere. It was actually located in a very nice and safe neighborhood in Sousse. It was close to shops and not that far away from the beach. Although we never got to meet our host in person, it was always easy to reach her on the phone. The lady that handed us the keys to the apartment was so welcoming and we appreciated chatting with her. I really recommend this place!

Great stay! The location is perfect, in the heart of the port, which makes getting around very easy. Imane is extremely responsive and flexible. We arrived late, but she waited for us with a smile. I highly recommend this listing for a carefree stay.
