This place is close to all sights and amenities. My apartment has a huge advantage: its location in the heart of the tourist area. It is easy to access, with stunning views of the beach and the tourist road. Tourists are a 5-minute walk from the tourist square, 10 minutes from the old town. Sousse is a city on a human scale, you can do almost anything on foot, come back to lunch at the apartment, take a nap and go for a walk in the afternoon.
