Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

It was the most beautiful stay I had in Martil, the apartment is very clean, the towels, the shower, the kitchen, the equipment... everything is perfect, the residence is super calm and close to the beach, 4 minutes on foot, Mr. Suleiman is helpful and even though he was not in town he was in contact with me throughout the stay, Fatima is also kind and smiling, she welcomed us warmly, I will come back next time inshaalah to your home with my whole family, and I thank you very much ❤️

Selma is a very welcoming and caring host. The apartment has a position almost on the water. The beach is sublime, secure and well frequented. Many sites to visit nearby, very very beautiful area, and cleanliness as I have rarely seen!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

The listing was a bit misleading and the only downside was not having some of the accessories available that the listing stated. To have a seaside vacation, it's ideal! The apartment is very well located and clean, with the beach 50 meters away and a huge swimming pool in the Vanessa residence is great, she is always smiling available and attentive. I highly recommend

Our stay in the Mirador Golf II apartment was wonderful. Housni was very responsive to allow our early check-in at my request. Many thanks to him. The apartment is very clean and tasteful. Nice surprise, a master suite with shower and toilet to complement those already in place. I would recommend it 100%.

Everything was great. The location right next to the great Almina beach. Quiet in the evening. The system is very nice, well maintained and safe. For more restaurants and grocery shopping, a car is recommended. We felt very comfortable.

Omar was great from the start and anattentive host that made checking in seamless. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable with all possible amenities available. Hakim helped us check in and was superb as well. The host Omar gave us a call and explained everything and offered to tell us all the local family spots for food and swimming. The complex itself was superb with 24hr security, underground parking and a choice of great swimming pools as well as cafes and restaurants for great breakfast and meals. I will definitely return if we are lucky enough to find Omars place available. Five stars a minimum.
