L'appartement de Madame Sihem est propre et très fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. La vue sur la piscine est magnifique. La résidence est calme, familiale, bien sécurisée et très propre. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Nous avons été accueillis par Nael, le fils de Madame Sihem qui a été très arrangeant et disponible tout le long du séjour. Appartement conforme à la description à recommander sans hésitation. Nous y reviendrons.

the apartment is very nice and comfortable in a quiet district and friendly neighbourhoods. the location little bit faraway from the old city and city centre but very close to many attractive places and 15 minutes to Carthage Airport.

Nous avons était très content de notre séjour chez Naoufel ! Tout était parfait, notre accueil c’est très bien passé la communication avec Naoufel était optimal il nous à tout indiqué avant notre arrivé en Tunisie, il est très sympathique et compréhensif. La résidence était très belle et moderne, l’appartement était grand et spacieux avec tous les objects et besoins nécessaires De plus la résidence se situe dans une zone de construction de nouveaux immeuble moderne isolé et très calme, elle est sécurisé et propre. Nous somme très content, Naoufel à pris de nos nouvelles dès notre arrivé en France Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour Naoufel bonne continuation à vous :)

The house was clean, it has everything you’d need! The area is vibrant with many restaurants and cafes around. Mr. khaled was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It's my second time at Nabil's place and will definitely come again. The place is sparkling clean, has 2 air-conditions, close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and anything you will need during your stay. Nabil is very friendly, and 4 he is always there to help and assist anytime. You can find taxis very easily, buy any grocery and sleep in the quietness the flat offers. Houssem was kind and helpful from the first moment we met. We arrived early for check in with a tired 5 year old and Houssem got the place cleaned and ready quicker than the check in time. During our stay he was responsive, quick to reply and had really good recommendations for where to go, which was useful for us because we had not travelled around Tunis before. Houssems apartment was full of modern tech and luxury good quality day to day useful items. If you want city life and like good tech in your apartment then I highly recommend this apartment.
