a great 2-night stay, small cottage very well-equipped, a peaceful and very quiet place. I was greeted by their son and then I saw the owners. Both were very cordial and very friendly! a perfect cottage to be quiet near nature! pets accepted at no extra cost which is not common 😊 cleaning equipment in the cottage which allows you to do a little cleaning before leaving 😊 the mini plus in my opinion would be a fenced yard for the doggies but it's really not a flaw far from it. Otherwise, thank you again for this weekend in your cottage and if the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to come back. I would recommend this cottage without a problem! Great value for money! Very responsive and friendly hosts! Pure happiness.

Beautiful cottage in a very good location overlooking the Loire, close to a village that offers multiple possibilities (shops, activities, walks). The welcome was very cordial and in the cottage, guides and maps helped us discover the region.

A very nice cottage for a weekend in Sologne with friends (2 couples), very quick to open and heat, well arranged, pleasantly furnished and decorated, and very clean. Do it again!

Excellent hosting by Johanne, attentive and very responsive for having booked the day before with the hotel option. The decoration, comfort and tranquility of the house make us feel immediately at ease and even serene. This house is a haven of peace and rest. On the practical side: the car enters the yard; all shops are within a short drive; etc. Excellent accommodation for discovering the beautiful Sologne region. Thanks again, Johanne.

Gérard's accommodation and estate are really excellent! Completely tastefully renovated, the accommodation is great and perfectly meets the expectations of a modern Airbnb. The estate is very large, lots of charm and the activities available are a real plus! Finally, Gérard is very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

The house is superb, very nice for 3 couples, with a nice garden and an ideal setting for a family weekend. Small downside: only 6 coffee capsules for 6 people over 2 nights, no oil (just salt and pepper), no shower gel or shampoo (just hand soap). For a "superhost" accommodation, we expected a little more attention. It's still a lovely stay, but it's better to come equipped!

The place we stayed in for several days was quite charming, located by the canal. Everything was done to make us feel welcome and at home. Stephanie was able to respond to all our requests and was available for any need. If we return to the area I will not hesitate to rent one of its accommodations again

Staying in the beautiful medieval estate was fantastic. The apartment on the first floor is very large and extremely stylishly furnished. Passing the bedroom facing the garden, the Yèvre ripples and over the fantastic garden with pool, the view of the castle ruins of Charles VII. Isabelle and Eric are extremely polite, kind and discreet hosts and you absolutely have your privacy. They have two adorable little dogs that I always looked forward to in the morning. Despite its central location, the house is very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay, at a place that matched what we saw on the listing. Dominique was able to be present according to our needs. I recommend.

Beautiful stay at Carine's! As the host told me, parking was very easy. Really, really typical environment. We are in the middle of the action of old Bourges. Beautiful! Waking up with the bells, the cathedral… Wonderful!

From the first contacts, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and responded to any requests we had. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded lot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt right at home during this short stay. We would definitely recommend Carmen's house for a visit to Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

Staying at Nathalie’s beautiful estate was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a lush and tranquil green domain, her land feels like a hidden gem — peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly maintained. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, and every corner of the property reflects care and love. What truly makes this place special, however, is Nathalie herself. She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely 4 days stay. The pool was the perfect temperature. My daughter loved feeding the goats and sheep each morning. It was great to be able to use the bikes Loïc made available to us, for a lovely ride along the Loire to Meung sur Loire.

Very nice house, Beautiful garden and rest area (not used because cold!!!)Too bad!!! Nothing is missing, everything is functional. It was cold but the wood wheelbarrow was appreciated. The stove, a real plus for a sweet warmth. Carole is very nice and helpful. I had an unexpected request...response and service rendered quickly Finally, a place where the host is a real person!!!! I recommend it ....

The house is really superb, very well renovated and clean. It is very well-equipped and the quality of the services is excellent (swimming pool, sports field, bbq, darts, ping-pong, billiards, foosball...). We had a great time.

We had a 3-day stay at this lovely well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We'll be back to test the outdoor pool. Recommended! Thanks to Cedric for his responsiveness and to Chantal for hosting us in person!

We spent a lovely week in La Chapelle at Fabien’s gîte. The house is well situated for visiting La Borne, Bourges, Menetou-Salon, Sancerre. We enjoyed walking/running round the lake in the village and fresh croissants from the local bakery. The house itself is spacious and we enjoyed making use of the pool and garden.
