Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This charming and bright 2-room bohemian-style apartment is located very close to old Le Mans (100 m). This will allow you to walk around and explore its beautiful alleys. It is a peaceful accommodation where you will have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an upstairs bedroom with views of the city of Le Mans.

Nice house in a subdivision, 1 min walk from a Carrefour Contact, 5 min walk from the bakery and the village city center. 15 minutes' drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 minutes from Le Mans. Beds will be made on arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for an extra €10/person for towels (please ask me for them when booking).
