The distance to service such as restaurant and grocery store is about 500 meters. The distance from the Kökar ferry terminal is about 4 km. The sailboat is about 10 meters long. There is a small kitchen and toilet with cold water. Hot water can be heated on the stove. Electricity through solar panels. You can go to the hotel and shower or rent a sauna. Sheets and towels are not included.

The house is located on a lakeside property pretty much in the center of Kökar, with most things close by. The host couple live close to the rental property. There is a lot of activity on the property, and the rural feel is enhanced by the fact that Ruben the rooster crows in the mornings. We also have a very affectionate cat named Miss Ellie, who is a Siberian cat. Access to the pool is available in the summer and is shared with the host couple. There is a barbecue area.
