Ms. Rosemarie is a wonderful host and her staff are also very helpful. The place is great and has everything we needed. We felt very comfortable during our stay and will definitely book this place again when we go back to Legazpi.

the Casals Seashore Apartele is a hidden gem in province of Gubat, Sorsogon. Facing sunrise, those who are like me who are dreaming waking up in the morning wanting to view the beautiful sceneries of shoreline as well as to watch the locals' everyday activities catching fish and small crustaceans as sun goes down and appreciate their labor and hard work, this is a dream come true. Their AC room is spacious and comfortable. Their comfort room is clean with bath tab. Evening breeze was superb. People in the Apartele are very hospitable. Easy to approach. The Apartele just recently opened and there are few rooms that are not yet fully furbished yet but if you are going to look way past these and appreciate the surroundings, this is indeed value for money. I would surely come and visit again.

Its easy to commute from his place. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops around too. Ariel is very welcoming and accommodating as well. The place is always clean and tidy. We had a nice stay in his place :)

This is like a improved version of their other listings and they really did a good job. The room has complete amenities as listed. The towels are clean and they have soaps and shampoos already. The internet is fast. It is quiet place and still very near to the city center. You can just walk to SM, Yashano and the termnina. They are also very accommodating. Their mini store (like an honesty store) inside the room is also very convenient when we don't to go out, we can just get something 10/10 would come. Thank you! .

2nd stay at Rosemaries just as good as the first. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

We had a great time staying at this place! Would book this again for our future travels in Legazpi. Equipped kitchen, complete amenities, very clean surroundings, friendly staff and owner and is at the heart of the city within a safe area. The rooms were very spacious, PLUS POINTS for the kids room (my toddler loved it). Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

This place is cozy good for couples or single people out there i definitely advise anyone to stay here. The host and his cowroker were extremely helpful in finding nice places to visit and tips on what you should do in the area. Plenty of entertainment there, this places was located in walking distances of a supermarket, mall, and bars. Definitely when I plan another stay in the Philippines this place be the first one in my mind.
