The apartment is newly built, is located on the fourth floor in a new building, 10 min walking distance from the seafront and 20 minutes from the port and the start of historic center.

Un grand merci à Lorella qui a été très disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Le logement est situé dans un quartier très calme. Tout était parfait. L’appartement était très propre, les pièces spacieuses et disposaient de toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires.

Wir waren mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter für eine knappe Woche vor Ort und waren mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit. Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Um das Haus herum ist genug Platz für eine kleine Familie und vor der Tür gibt es gleich noch einen Spielplatz und natürlich den Strand - was will man mehr?! Die Gegend ist natürlich auch schön, aber dafür gibt´s ja genug Reiseführer... ;) Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine chez Vittoria, le logement est idéalement placé (accès aux plages et à la ville en 2min à pieds. Un logement super pour deux personnes. 10 von 10 Punkten, besser geht nicht. Top Lage, super sauber, toller Blick aufs Meer, sehr ruhig gelegen, alles da in der Wohnung was man braucht (incl. Sonnenschirm für den Strand und Strandmatten). Die Terrasse ist ein Traum! Zum Willkommen standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, eine Flasche Wein und Sardisches Gebäck- wie lieb ist das denn bitte. Der Gastgeber ist immer sofort zu erreichen und geht sofort auf alle Bedürfnisse ein, Probleme werden sofort gelöst. Wichtig auch: das WLAN ist super flott, da können auch 4 Leute gleichzeitig im Internet sein. Das hatten wir auch schon anders bei a deren Unterkünften. Wir kommen wieder!

Une maison idéale pour un séjour détente face à la mer. Nous avons apprécié les balades depuis la maison le long de la mer et dans la campagne. Dans le village de Palmadula il y a une petite supérette et une très bonne ferme-auberge. Pour ceux qui souhaitent louer une voiture en amont, éviter les voitures basses car pour accéder à la maison il faut emprunter un chemin de terre en pente avec des trous. Filippo Nous à donné plein de conseils pour notre séjour et il est très réactif. Une très bonne adresse

Asunto oli tosi siisti, valoisa ja rauhallinen! Alueella oli hienoja kävelypolkuja kauniissa maisemissa. Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa oli nopeaa ja helppoa. Paikka oli helppo löytää ja sisällepääsy oli helppoa. Paikka sopii pariskunnille, ei niinkään lapsille. Tarvitset auton. Ruokakauppa on läheisessä Isola Rossan kylässä. Kauniita rantoja löytyy lyhyen automatkan päästä. Majoituksen rannalle aurinko ei paista ihan aamulla, joten kävimme aamuisin jossain muussa rannassa ja tulimme illaksi majoituksen rantaan. Asunnossa on kaksi parveketta, auringosta pystyi nauttimaan koko päivän asunnon parvekkeilla. En tiedä, miksi me emme onnistuneet löytämään asunnosta parveketta, josta on näkymä merelle. Ehkä se tarkoittaa talojen välissä olevaa "terassia" tms. Siitä kyllä näkyy merelle! Mutta terassille mennään ulkoa ja se on toisen asunnon kanssa yhteinen. Itse asunnon kahdelta parvekkeelta me emme ainakaan nähneet merta, vaikka yritimme. Toiselle parvekkeelle näkyi kyllä kaunis metsä.

Abbiamo soggiornato l’ultima settimana di agosto e la prima settimana di settembre 2024. La posizione è veramente comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito, accogliente e soprattutto attrezzato di tutto. Il giardino è semplicemente meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato per godersi la colazione e gli aperitivi serali. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe dem Strand La Pelosa gelegen. Der Strand ist Gebührenpflichtig aber jeden Preis wert. Ich würde die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Porto Tores bevorzugen, da es eine grössere Auswahl hat und es auch Preisgünstiger ist als in Stintino selbst. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Manuel ist ein klasse Gastgeber und gibt such sehr gute Tipps was man noch so besuchen oder anschauen sollte.

nous avons été très bien accueilli par Gigi à notre arrivée. Cette petite maisonnette dans un quartier calme est idéalement situé pour aller profyde la superbe plage de la pelosa à 5mn à pied. Confortable, bien équipée vous pourrez profitez aussi d'un bel espace extérieur. Gigi a répondu à toutes nos questions et a été très réactif et disponible. nous recommandons sans problème.
