Beach house vacation rentals in Sorrento

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Great stay for families including large bath, trampoline and plenty of toys and books for the kids. Highly recommend and not far from all the main tourist attractions.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

This place is generous - plenty of room, well appointed, all manner of kitchen accoutrements, many touches of luxury - a real home away from home. The house was perfect for our gathering of family and friends. Although the weather was too cool to use the pool, it was lovely to gaze upon it from the living room. It is a short stroll from the bay and the Sorrento shops. Leanne was easy to communicate with and always answered our queries quickly. I highly recommend Leanne's place for a group gathering!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. It’s in a great location—quiet, yet close to everything. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Such a beautiful and peaceful location nestled into the dunes. It was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend spent with friends cooking, walking and swimming. We hope to be back again one day.

We had a fantastic stay, the views are stunning anytime of the day. We loved the pool/spa and billiard table. The house is very comfortably furnished, has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean. Debbie is very quick to respond with any queries.

Ben’s house was an awesome place to stay for the four of us. Open plan living light spacious and so homely from the moment you walk in the door We were literally 2 minutes to the main strip Gardens and outdoor area was beautiful Used the pizza oven many times Great appliances and everything so clean and well presented Ben was easy to contact if we needed He offered us extra time the last day which was very generous Going back in November we loved it so much

We had an amazing stay at Jason’s house! The place is beautifully set up with every facility you can think of — and even the ones you didn’t think you needed! Both adults and kids had a great time, with something for everyone. The 5 ensuite bedrooms made our group gathering super convenient and comfortable. Jason was also incredibly responsive — always quick to reply and easy to reach for any questions. We’re already looking forward to coming back next time!

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Amazing place! The house had everything we needed—super clean and tidy. The beds are so comfy. It’s rare to find a host who still embraces the true Airbnb spirit by welcoming guests with local food and drinks, and making check-out so easy and fuss-free. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Sorrento.

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. A rare find with both fireplace and outdoor fire pit, cosy vibes and generous kitchen. Close to shops and great base for the Mornington beaches!

We had an amazing stay with 4 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The location provided easy access to surrounds.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

Our second stay here and well worth the repeat visit. Super relaxing, a lovely, well equipped home with the most amazing view and close to everything you need!
