Enrica proved to be an exquisite person. She was welcoming and available for all requests. She was interested in my travel difficulties with kind participation. Available at all times. The house is very clean, cozy, well furnished, very nice and equipped with everything. Surely, if necessary, I will repeat the experience. I highly recommend it. I forgot to mention that it is located in the center of the city and very close to the train station.

Valentina and her husband are hosts who care about their guests. The apartment is very large and has all the comforts, parking is easy to find and the center of Terni can also be reached on foot. We were happy with our choice and want to thank you for how we were treated, thank you for the breakfast you offered us. We hope to be back soon, a hug and happy new year again.

Super good communication, perfect location for visiting Orvieto by train, leaving the train station towards the city, left and then left through pedestrian underpass, then you are almost in front of it. Very clean, great amenities

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

This house is located in a truly dreamy location. With the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a generous yard, swimming pool and such a sweet and cozy house. It felt very welcoming and relaxing. Takes exactly 6-7 minutes to walk to the lake and about the same to go to town and eat lovely Italian food. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and certainly come back.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Fantastic location near Civita du Bagnoregio. Easy instructions to check in and very flexible. Very clean and Marco was great and extremely helpful with recommendations in the local area.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Vallelunga Motodrome. The apartment is modern and very newly equipped. You have everything you need - great kitchen, air conditioning and much more - free parking on site. Alessandra is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are super easy. We have already been to their apartment for the 2nd time and highly recommend it to anyone who has an event at the racetrack in Vallelunga. Happily again!

Andrea is a very friendly and generous host, and it was a lovely stay in Bagnaia. I would recommend having a car; Bagnaia is not as well-connected to public transit as Google Maps suggests it is.

We'll be back in Macchie, perfect and familiar accommodation. The hosts are impeccable and courteous. We only stayed for two nights. Too few. To be repeated, perhaps with the colors of autumn.

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx

The owners are kind, nice and always available for our needs. Clean, fragrant and functional apartment, pity that the windows of the two bedrooms have a view facing the wall but when open air circulates and light comes from above. Swimming pool always kept clean and sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas and gazebos of excellent quality are available. Ping-pong table and barbecue are also available. Clean and tidy garden. In the evening everything is lit up including the pool. Covered parking. Pleasant stay.

Roberto was very friendly and helpful, we will be happy to stay in his apartment. We had a 2+2 family there, the most important thing for us was that it was clean and not too hot (stay in August). The kids had fun playing in the garden. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, and the climatic town. Recommended! Greetings to Roberto and Pedro :)
