This is a private lodging limited to one group per day, where you can cook in Hanare, which is adjacent to the main house of a rice-growing farmer.

This is a small mountain village in the Nakayama Mountains in southern Shiga Prefecture, where the countryside spreads out with seasonal rural landscapes, birds chirping, and the sound of insects as BGM. At night, it is dark except for the street lights, and the starry sky is beautiful and quiet. You can stay overnight and eat out, or cook with family and friends in the kitchen. We have rice and rice ball ingredients that farmers are proud of, so please cook them in a clay pot or rice cooker. If you don't cook, you can take it home. To sleep, you will sleep on a tatami bed with a futon (long size) and sheets, and a feather futon. (The fourth person will be on a simple bed) Towel quilts are available in summer and blankets and electric blankets are available in winter. Access is 1 km, about 2 minutes, from the Sugiyama intersection on National Route 307, entering Prefectural Route 5 towards Kizu. It is 11 km from Shinmeishinraku IC, 21 km from Naha-Kokusai-Tomei-no IC, 36 km from Keijibypass-Kasagi IC, and about 2 minutes on foot after getting off at Sugiyama bus stop on the Asakura line. Please let us know at time of booking as we can pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station, Shinraku Kogen Railway Shinraku Station. Please hand over the room keys at the entrance of the main house for check-in and check-out. Please come and enjoy the countryside.

Have a special holiday! Villa Vacance Kyoto Kizawa (with jacuzzi and sauna) Turn your vacation into a vacation!

This unique place has a style all its own. Newly built and opened in October 2023, the host lives in the management room on the ground floor, but it feels like you are renting the entire building. The entire 2nd floor is private. In addition to the spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen centered around the Graphtec island kitchen, the sky terrace, the most distinctive space in the villa, has an outdoor sofa, sauna (available 6 pm - 10 pm), and a jacuzzi, as well as a 100-inch projector for enjoying movies and more. In addition, we have a full-fledged BBQ grill from Broyles (now Weber) in Canada, so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy it with a glamping feel. (The BBQ grill is not suitable for so-called yakiniku meat, but for thick steaks.) In addition, the Osaka/Kansai Expo will be held from April 13, 2025, and the venue can be reached in as little as 90 minutes from the nearest station (Kizu Station, about 15 minutes on foot).

A traditional building with a dark, tiled roof is surrounded by a landscaped garden. Lush greenery and colorful flowers create a serene environment. Stone paths and decorative stones add texture to the area, providing a peaceful retreat blended with nature.
