For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's vacation home was perfect. Everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far, and Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was the visit to Lucia's nearby farm with adorable newborn calves.

I loved the place and exactly what was promised was fulfilled. I needed a break from the noisy everyday life and had therefore explicitly searched for quiet accommodations and landed an absolute hit with this house. Everything was quiet and clean and I had a fantastic time!

The hostess was super nice and often sought personal contact, which we really liked. She was practically always available to us for questions or similar. The house is exceptionally well equipped for a vacation home with everything the family needs. The location is very quiet and therefore we were able to relax well. Definitely recommended!

We had a very relaxing time at Svenja & Alex's place. The house is very cozy, the garden and balcony wonderful for sunbathing and the magnificent nature around it invites you to long hikes. Our two small dogs were also very enthusiastic. Communication was impeccable - Alex and Svenja were quick to help us if we had any questions. We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything!

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

We were in the apartment with 6 adults from Friday to Tuesday. The apartment was well equipped. There was actually nothing missing. In addition, we had great weather and we explored the surroundings. Winter temperatures prevailed. We were therefore able to enjoy the heated fireplace. The landlords had already heated the apartment the day before our arrival. We felt so comfortable again.

We were two couples and one single person (who stayed in the cute and very cosy tiny house) and two small dogs. The house was super clean, very welcoming and was decorated and furnished in a wonderfully simple, lovely and functional way. Fabulously free of kitsch and fuss. Although it was relatively cool weather during our stay, we still made a lot of use of the spacious back verandah for long breakfasts and dinners. The BBQ worked well, but somehow we ran out of time to make use of the open fire place, so we'll just have to come back! The huge garden with a wide lawn and trees is delightfully green and the pretty strings of lights make the whole space look so magical even at night. The tiny house, complete with its own mini verandah and fairy lights is a perfect retreat for those who like to have a little privacy away from the main house. We loved staying here and went on lots of beautiful hikes in the nearby forests a short drive away.

We had a very nice time. With 6 adults and one child we took advantage of the full capacity. We felt very comfortable and were also able to enjoy an evening in the sauna. Thank you !

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Everything was really as described online in the place. All rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, foosball and darts make even the longest stay super pleasant and varied. The sauna and pool can be used completely unrestricted was a huge plus for our group. The outdoor area is equipped with enough furniture and there is enough space to arrange it as you want. A little thing that needs a little extra effort is the seclusion to shopping. There is no supermarket within walking distance. But that was also known from the start and also nothing Jürgen can do. Conclusion: Any time again! Was definitely worth its price (6.).

This is our third time staying with Oliver and, as always, super satisfied with both the uncomplicated handling and the house itself, in which we felt at home!

We had a great time at the forester's house. We particularly liked the quiet location, the very good amenities and the condition of the apartment. A highlight was also the pool. There is also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Particular emphasis is placed on ensuring that children are also comfortable. From toys in the apartment to toys for the pool, everything was available and also a lovingly furnished room for the little ones. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable. A lovingly renovated house in a beautiful little place with a great hostess. The different levels in the garden offer many possibilities. Downstairs terrace, barbecue area, upstairs the roof for sports and climbing, the sundeck. Hiking directly from the house. As a quick reader, I also devoured the exciting book written by Tanja. Thank you for making it so nice for your guests!

We felt very comfortable with the two of them. We were received personally and warmly. We came with a dog and there was a small dog bowl and good treats as a welcome gift for her, as well as a sparkling wine for New Year's Eve and two good beers for us. We were able to reach them both easily at any time. But we didn't need to use this, as we had everything we needed. For the dog there were many dirt roads to walk on (but also now and then deer to see which was nice for us and very exciting for the dog). We had one of the most beautiful sunsets there that we've seen in a long time. Thank you, we highly recommend it.

My stay at Matthias' apartment was just perfect! The apartment was super clean and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel at home. Location is gorgeous and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Matthias is a very friendly and attentive host who takes excellent care of everything. I highly recommend the place and I'd love to come back!

The host was extremely responsive and communicative, ensuring a seamless check-in and stay. The space itself was exactly as expected, but the living area/activity space truly exceeded my expectations - it was top-notch! I'd highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Very cozy apartment, you feel comfortable from the start. Daniel is very friendly and helpful. Daniel lives with his wife above the apartment, so he is always available, but you still enjoy your privacy. Bicycles could be parked in his garage. Our kids loved the in-house chickens. Definitely our apartment for the next family visit to Hof.

Perfect for anyone who needs relaxation and nature! I stayed with my little dog for two nights in the tiny house and it was exactly as I imagined it. It was quiet and you could just switch off from the world and enjoy nature. I was completely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you very much, dear Ilona! 🤗
