Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Very cozy and charmingly decorated home, if you feel at home immediately. Great beds and quiet surroundings. The kitchen is very well equipped. Walk distance to Brugsen where you can buy breakfast bread and more. Else is quick to respond and very flexible with the time of departure. We visited the house in the month of November, but in the summer the garden is very undisturbed and with Various places to sit sheltered and very private.

The cottage is very nice, bright with lots of privacy. Through the large glass front of the kitchen-living room, you can enjoy a magnificent view of meadows and dunes. The equipment of the kitchen is ok, good standard but also no extras ( e.g. only filter coffee machine). The value for money is just so ok, at the cost of the accommodation there are electricity costs, including for the air conditioning (can also heat) and firewood. We still heated a lot at the end of March, via air conditioner and oven. Without heating, the temperature in the house drops to 16°C. Heating with the oven is very nice, but the air in the house is already deteriorating enormously. One downside to the property is that everything must be brought from firewood, bed linen, toilet paper and towels.

Super lovely and accommodating hosts. We had a power outage Sunday night. We were able to establish contact immediately by phone and after 30 minutes the host and an electrician were at the door and were able to solve the problem. The accommodation is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. A true children's paradise. There is also plenty to discover in the garden. Thanks for everything! We will definitely be back 😊👍🏼

We were very enthusiastic about the beautiful, quiet place and the particularly friendly host! Both were helpful and very accommodating! All kinds of toys and an extra bed were prepared for our child and the animals in and around the garden were very popular with our little ones. We felt absolutely comfortable and would come back immediately!

Was a cottage like Rosamunde Pilcher. Enchantingly cozily furnished and the location is unbeatable. You look directly at the sea, from the living room or from the bedroom, where the sun rises directly over the sea, at least in winter. Would book again anytime.

Both the hosts and the apartment are a dream. Top location right by the forest. Shopping right around the corner. Katarina is very loving and tidy, which is reflected in communication and throughout the place. Everything necessary is available. You may want to keep in mind that the stairs to the apartment are a bit steep, as it is a listed building. 100% recommendation!

The apartment was our base for our 3 days on Rømø. Long days out in nature and cozy evenings / mornings in the apartment. The apartment had all the things it took to make our stay a good time. All in all a super good experience.

My companion and I felt at home from the first second. Harry is very sweet, welcomed us very heartily and is also happy to have a snack and tips for the area. The accommodation was completely as stated in the description and the area was an absolute dream! With daily beautiful sunshine, we were always happily welcomed in the morning by Harry's sugar-sweet four-legged friends ♡ And especially the sky at night, make this small, wonderful spot a 1 million star accommodation, just a place to feel good, through and through. We have now been to the Hühnerhaus for the third time, because it is simply fantastic, offers everything and we always feel very comfortable and welcome. The place is a dream, quiet, cozy, super easy check-in and fresh milk from the cows in the fridge. The sauna completes the carefree package. The children go to the farm all by themselves and are very happy to play with the dog and to be involved in the work on the farm, such as milking or feeding calves. So a clear recommendation!

A well-lit living area features two comfortable chairs and a sofa, complemented by a side table with a small floral arrangement. Light streams through glass doors, leading to an outdoor patio. A black-and-white photograph adorns the wall, enhancing the room's welcoming feel.

The vacation in this house was GREAT! The house and the property are beautiful, clean and well maintained! The hosts were extremely friendly. In addition to nice tips and conversations, there was also the opportunity to watch the adjacent turf production. The kids were even allowed to ride tractors. Behind the house, the hosts have set up a small forest course, which gave us a lot of pleasure. Our dogs enjoyed the outlet and the peaceful surroundings very much. However, unlike in the ad for the house, it is not completely "fenced in." However, this is not a criticism, as the entire courtyard is very clear. The dogs used the lake on the property for swimming while the children rowed around in the boat. We had a wonderful short vacation and can definitely recommend our hosts! THX

I rented this home for myself and my employees, and we were happy. The neighborhood around the house is very quiet and peaceful. The host is very communicative and responds to every request. The house is very spacious and there is nothing missing, in addition it is very warm - I rented the house in the winter month. I recommend it to everyone and are always happy to rent again. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. The bathrooms were great. Beds good, living room cozy, terrace also (maybe we just didn't find pillows as chair pads).
