An annex downstairs from the main house. There is a wooden terrace with a table and 4 chairs. The house is a room as well as a toilet and bathroom. There is a loft above the bathroom where 2 children can easily sleep. It is electric kettle, hot plate, various kitchen thing. There is a heat pump that lightning fast heats the room up or cools it down. The house is located in a summer house area where there is only 400 meters to a lovely beach. There are shopping opportunities in Humlum about 1 km. From Humlum there are also buses and trains.

The view is unique over the Limfjord with Venø on the horizon. The house contains 3 rooms, open kitchen and living room, bathroom and a large conservatory.
