Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Sơn Trà

Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

Квартира очень просторная и удобная. Главный плюс, безусловно - это прекрасная территория. 3 минуты до пляжа и ресторана рядом с бассейном. Тихо, безопасно, красиво. Было очень комфортно Хозяин предупредительный, вежливый, чистота квартиры на пять с плюсом, ежедневная уборка. Расположена чуть дальше дананга, готовьтесь либо брать байк (без него никуда), либо ездить на такси. До района миан можно добраться за 15 минут по прекрасной прямой дороге, до хойана примерно так же. Вернулась бы с удовольствием

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

The staff that work there are lovey and really look after you. The apartment has everything you need and is really good value for money

Top locatie! Dichtbij het strand maar wel nog in een rustig straatje. Veel koffie tentjes op loopafstand. Daarnaast voelde we ons erg veilig door de vriendelijke bewaker die er bijna altijd was! Host reageerde snel en kamer was lekker ruim.

The place itself was very nice. Its location is right by the beach and was overall great.

This place looks as advertised, it's a decent location and close to the beach. Unfortunately there was construction 6:30am - 6pm 6 days a week, so you need to be an early riser and out and about. Maybe this will be finished soon, check with the host. Hosts friendly, and neighbourhood is friendly.

Great stay - Clara was very responsive to any issue and the receptionist was extremely helpful when I was sick - getting us medicine from the pharmacy etc. The apartment was great and it was nice to be in a quieter neighbourhood outside the centre. Only issue was a couple of power cuts which were nobody’s fault and the WiFi whilst mostly okay, did have a couple of issues for us (working remotely). But overall would recommend and love to stay again

Jeongeun was amazing! We stayed for a whole month without any problems. Beautiful and stylish apartment, compact but it has everything you need for both short and longer stays. Living room is always full of sunlight with a comfy sofa and nice TV. Kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking if you don't want to step out, but there are plenty of options downstairs for takeaway/eating out. Bathroom is small but clean and the toilet is nice, shower water pressure is strong. Bedroom is spacious and bed is comfy. The place is within walkable distance to the beach, eating streets and many convenient stores. Jeongeun is an incredible host, she is always responsive and helpful. She provides free weekly cleaning as we stayed for a month. The only down side is that the building elevators are often packed and slow. We would recommend walking a few steps across to Building B to take the elevators which are much faster and less crowded. Overall, amazing place, highly recommend!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Hug’s apartment. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and the location was great. Close to everything. Hung is a very kind and respectful host.

Good location, near the river and the night market. Clean and easy to access. Phú was also reactive by messages and gave us a motorcycle recommandation. I would just suggested to fix the hole in the bathroom's ceiling, but the rest was nice!

It was a great stay, definitely I’ll try to stay there when I comeback to Da Nang. Pictures and description of a place matched the reality. Also Thi was an amazing host, totally recommend his place.

Wir haben anderthalb Monate im Seekong Apartment gewohnt – und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, gemütlich und bestens für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Das Personal war durchweg herzlich und aufmerksam. Bei kleinen Anliegen wurde sofort geholfen – immer freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, etwas außerhalb der Expat-Szene, was den Alltag entspannter macht. Supermärkte, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar, wenn auch mit etwas Bewegung verbunden. Besonders gefallen haben uns der hauseigene Pool, das kleine Gym mit Laufbändern und Crosstrainern sowie das Bogenschießen direkt nebenan. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, aber sie ist definitiv ein Bonus. Fazit: Ein rundum stimmiger Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Good place to stay, has all you need and feels on the more modern/luxurious side of places. The small pool on the top of the building is very nice, with good views on the coast. Overall, a good place to stay!

Das Appartment ist sehr schön geräumig und hell. Die Lage ist an einer ruhigen Strasse sehr nahe am Zentrum und am Strand. Der Besitzer antwortet schnell.

Nice small studio, suitable for two, the best for couple. It has really big windows, where you can enjoy the views to the river and city. The dragon bridge is a 30min walking distance, which is great for enjoying at evening fire show at weekends and night market! At main entrance there’s a coffee shop with great coffee. Phu was nice and with quick response.
