It's a little noisy because it's next to the road, but it was nice to have lots of amenities nearby. Most restaurants are located within 5 minutes, so you can eat comfortably, and a 24-hour grocery store is right in front of you, so you can buy what you need at any time. The pool was a little small, but it was clean and nice. I had a good rest for 3 nights.

We highly recommend this apartment. It is in a very new and welcoming building with high-end finishes and amenities. The location is very good and walkable on the city side next to the river. The host and the building staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

It was a trip with six people, so I was really thinking a lot about which accommodation to choose. The host, Thu Huong, gave us really detailed instructions, and kindly prepared 5 rooms with additional mattresses that we could use in the living room. They prepared one towel per person per day, and they provided a lot of detailed towels after mid-cleaning ~ The location was also a 5-minute walk to the sea, so it was a very convenient location to walk to the beach, and go to any tourist destination ^ ^ I had a good stay in a friendly and clean house, and I was able to have a good trip. Thank you I'll come again next time ^ ^

Nguyen was incredibly helpful and arranged our stay for a week. Since it was a late booking, she went above and beyond to secure an apartment for us. If you’re ever staying in Muong Thanh, I highly recommend this host. They provide exactly what you see in the Airbnb listing or clearly inform you of any changes upfront. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered many dishonest hosts who post stunning photos but deliver completely different, often run-down apartments upon arrival. Dealing with such hosts has been frustrating, so I truly appreciate Nguyen’s honesty and professionalism. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and free of insects, with a great view. The humidity was high, but that’s a common issue in the area and not specific to the apartment, so be prepared for it! While the stay isn’t cheap, the excellent service and quality make it worth it. Thank you again, Nguyen, for a wonderful experience!
