급하게 일정이 추가되어 하루 숙박하게 됐는데 친절하게 안내해주고 가구등 모든것이 깨끗하고 좋았어요 지인추천도 할수있고 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳 입니다~👍

비행기 지연때문에 급하게 잡았는데 좋았어요! 대신 계단이 많아서 힘들긴했는데.. 좋았어요! 옥상이 예뻐요!

Amazing location, very clean & tidy, there’s a rooftop bar & pool overlooking the beach. Right by a lot of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed it so much! Would def stay here again

엄청 친절한 Lucy와 Lan 덕분에 매우 즐거운 여행하였습니다. 매일 청소 서비스와 아침 커피 서비스도 좋았어요 궁금한 사항이나 식당 예약 등도 늦은 시간에도 친절히 응대해주셔서 너무 편하게 여행 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소도 방도 많고 깔끔해서 사용하는데 전혀 문제가 없었어요

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

The place was great, just next to the beach, and the view from the balcony was super amazing. We stayed for two nights, and felt really nice. The property had all the amenities listed and all the utensils which let us cook our own food, and the are multiple Marts right outside the building. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I recommend others to book it without any worry.

the apartment was tidy, comfortable and clean. It has a awesome beach view and an access to the beach with 2 min walk. the area had plenty of food options from different cuisines. loved the stay. the host was also very helpful, responsive and kind.

My friends and I stayed there for nearly a week and we loved it. 😊 We could see the beach and the Dragon Bridge from the balcony, could get fresh produce and other food right around the corner, lots and lots of shops and restaurants in walkable distance. The hosts were very nice and responded to question very fast. All in all, I would love to stay there again.

Good place inside the city. Good view on night time. Very near the sea . Not so quiet but everything ok.

I loved how Lucas the caretaker accommodated all my queries and requests. He speaks English well too so we didn’t encounter any problems in our stay. Highly recommended, kudos to the owner who got Lucas because he got a hands on staff. Very clean place. More power.

This is probably the best view of Da Nang. City view with Dragon bridge also with Beach view. The entire stay was amazing. Rooms were comfy and hall was spacious with all the amenities one would require. Hosts were also really good. I feel lucky that I got this stay. The yellow shak in diagonally left of the apartment towards the beach had the best drinks (coolers)

It was really close to the beach(walk less than 5min) so good for someone who are going to swim/surf at the beach. It is the apartment&hotel so they provides basic cleaning service. Also they have a taxi service so we used it when we go to Banahills and Hoi-an. Good for big members! (We were 5)

3个房间的顶层公寓是这个酒店最好的，有个大阳台可以看海景一览无遗。这次我们订了顶层公寓但最终因为各种原因入住了1个2房公寓和1个1房公寓，中介还是很负责帮我们沟通，并退还了部分费用，虽然不多，但可以感受到真诚。实际上这样我们等于多了一个卫生间，使用起来更加方便。 酒店离美溪海滩非常近，周围也有不少吃饭的餐厅。酒店早餐提供煎蛋、牛肉粉、粥、法棍和蔬菜水果等，虽然品种和4-5星酒店不能比但满足我们的需要了，特别是牛肉粉还是很地道的。酒店服务员英语一般，但服务有问必答，基本都能满足我们的需要，还根据我的需要推荐和预定了岘港最流行的Massage。总体来说这次住宿比较满意。

Hien's apartment was exactly as described and as per the photos. Stunning city view from the high floor, just across the road from the beach and with all the amenities needed for my small family of 3. The washer and dryer were very useful for us. A few minimarts within walking distance, and easy enough to travel anywhere via grab. There is also a space in the lobby for grab food deliveries, allowing for contactless drop-offs. Hien was very responsive to texts, would not hesitate to stay here again should we return to Da Nang!

This place was very big and easy to get to. Not far from airport. The host was able to help us arrange transport to and from airport for our large group. This house is 4 floors so people with walking disabilities I wouldn’t recommend. Laundry is all the way in 4th floor. The kids loved the pool here.

Although we never personally met with Hien, she was very helpful and responsive, easy to communicate with and flexible on the asks. We enjoyed our stay, the area is up and coming and the option of the pool and the gym were very helpful. We were extremely impressed with that the maids came to clean the apartment every 3 days, that was a great bonus

We were a group of 13 people and Perfect Vacation Villa was perfect for us. ☺️ We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is big enough to accommodate a large group. The beds were comfortable. Lucy was very quick to respond to our queries and helped us to plan our day trips to Bana Hills, Hoi An and others. Mrs Lam was jolly and nice to talk to. She welcomed us at the villa and made sure we were comfortable. She used to bring breakfast for us every morning. The cleaning staff came every morning and was nice and courteous. Thank you for making our Da Nang trip enjoyable and memorable.

It was a very beautiful home and we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in da nang
