They can arrange breakfast either from a local convenience store(150m)or our family restaurant(100m) where we provide a 15% discount on their consumption. We treat our guests with aespresso coffee machine and capsule. It is possible to rent a bike at the bike rental on the street. The courtyard is a shared space if the other apartment is taken out. We had a lovely weekend stay in Tapolca! Judit was a great host, who met us when we arrived after giving clear instructions, showed us the house and gave recommendations for the area. She answered us very quickly with each inquiry and the check out process was just as efficient. You definitely need a car as the town is quite small, so to explore more of the other towns its a huge benefit as we didn't see much public transport. And there are plenty of spaces to park close to the house. It was a perfect little get away stay and it had all the facilities you might need. It is probably even better during the warmer summer/spring months but even in chilly February it was a great location that kept us warm and toasty.

We recently stayed at a beautiful cozy country home in Hungary with the whole family, and it was a wonderful experience. Each of us had our own room, all of which were beautifully furnished and had their own bathrooms. The large living room and dining room provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy meals together, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area, especially the pool and whirlpool, which were great for both relaxation and fun. The kids loved the trampoline and had plenty to keep them entertained. Overall, this vacation home was perfect for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to visiting again!

We booked this place to spend with family, 6 adults and 3 children, upon arrival we were all very shocked at how much bigger it is in reality compared to the pictures. We have also realised there are loads more than we saw in the description, football area with goals, wine cellar available, huge garden, outside sitting area, rooftop, disco facilities with smoke machine which the kids absolutely loved. Also very good quality darts, football table, air hockey, chess, board games, etc. The kitchen and outside area are also very well equipped, the bbq and fire area came with utensils and firewood, had everything for outdoor or indoor cooking. Extremely helpful host, beautiful views! There is everything you need for the perfect stay, highly recommend, and hopefully we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner, Peter, was very kind, and needless to say, the condition of the house was very good. It was a 5-minute walk to the lake, so it was nice to swim, and there were good restaurants nearby. If I plan to travel to Lake Balaton next time, I plan to visit again. It was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you Peter

Totally recommend this AirBnB. Really close walk to the lake. The lake is so good for adults and kids. Jetties to swim and dive off, playgrounds, sports, food and drink, SUPs and pédalos to hire. The apartment is fantastic. Really comfortable and well equipped. Lovely garden and fire pit / bbq area and outdoor seating. Bikes to borrow. We arrived by train and had no need for cars. Miklos must be the most helpful host I’ve experienced. He gave loads of info, arranged for meat to be in the fridge when we arrived, helped with logistics. All in all a brilliant place for us to spend some quality downtime with the kids. Go there!!

The short walk to the beach was optimal. Shopping by car 3 min.(dm, Aldi,Spar). Restaurants are about a 10-minute walk. Very tasty. However, prices are more expensive than expected. Accommodation was sufficient for us. Were only for sleeping inside. Air conditioning was really good as it was still really warm at night. Unfortunately, there was no coffee maker, but barbecue, ping pong table + rackets , board games, etc., provided a mood. Thank you for a really nice holiday. We will be happy to come back.
