There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

If you want a really special adventure, then you should try this completely self-contained Mini house, hidden under the trees on the shore of the small lake, equipped with all comforts. Our guest house is located in the old town of Balatonfüred, about 30 minutes' walk from Lake Balaton. The mini house is located in the guest house's garden, away from the main building. It can be reached by a small winding road through a beautiful park field.
