In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Renoverad (2016) stuga med egen strandtomt och båt vid sjön Noen. Båt tillgänglig april-oktober. Till huset hör en stor altan med utsikt över sjön. Kvällssol från sjön mot altan. Sjönära stuga i mysig by med promenadavstånd till lanthandel. med ICA To Go, apoteksombud och Systembolags ombud samt Qstar. Tillgång till roddbåt, fiskevatten och mysiga promenadvägar. Kommunal badplats och multiarena ,avstånd 600 meter. Närmaste tätort är Valdemarsvik, 1,5 mil. Här finns ett sovrum med 180 säng och litet Tv-rum med bäddsoffa för två. Köket är utrustat med kyl/frys och spis med ugn. Toalett inomhus och utedusch med varmvatten.
