Charming simple little house by Trollsjön!

A simple but nice house right by Trollsjön, just outside Tranås. Beautiful nature, large fenced plot (5000 sqm). Take a morning swim at your own dock and enjoy the nature. Walking distance to the city center and train station but still completely undisturbed location. The plot is shared with us, the host couple, who live in the other house. The garden is curiously guarded by our Boxer Bibi. If you bring a dog, we will of course make sure they do not disturb each other. Barbecue area on the rock, pizza oven by the lake, frisbee basket and trampoline on the property.

Large family-friendly summer house in a rural setting

Stay in a rural setting in a large house with park-like garden. Suitable for one or more families to live together (in the same company). 10 beds are included in the basic price - if more are desired: ask in booking. Large kitchen with all equipment you could wish for. You have four bedrooms where you can choose how to distribute your number of beds (two downstairs in the file and two separate upstairs). Welcome to a fantastic social and nice house. There is room for large families or friends to cook and socialize. If you want to play golf, this is an excellent accommodation, Tranås Golf Club is a stone's throw away with a nice restaurant. Tranås has beautiful nature to stay in all year round, from Villa Linnea you have proximity to the pine forest and swimming in Lake Sommen from a common jetty. The house was newly built in the summer of 2023 and the garden is under construction, there is a generous patio in a sunny location.

Stay on a farm in beautiful Ydre

Accommodation on a rural farm. Beautiful house for four people, possibility of extra bed. Here you live alone as the main building is empty during the summer. Close to fishing, swimming, forest and grazing animals. Secluded location, very private with large meadows around the house. Possibility to rent a boat and fish just 13 minutes walk from the house. Exciting surroundings for forest adventures. Plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests during the season. Hiking trails in the immediate surroundings.

Spectacular house on the lake

We built Lelleborg 1995 trying to unify old craftsmanship with new. Lelleborg faces directly onto Lake Sundsjön and it's just 30 meters to the beach with access to a boat and fishing. The house has an open floor plan with light pouring in through large windows and French doors leading out to a large veranda and a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding nature. The veranda is well suited for barbecuing and outdoor activities during summer evenings. The house is on its own so peace reigns here.

Cozy log cabin by Lake Sommen. Excellent for those of you who want to get out to the quiet and unwind from everyday stress. Quiet location with the wild nature around you. 150 meters behind the cottage is a barbecue area and a beautiful view of Lake Sommen. Nice forest areas with walking paths and hiking trails for mushroom and berry picking. Great chance to see a lot of wildlife such as deer, moose, fox and even sea eagle. 500 meters walk to the steamboat harbor, swimming area and fishing.
