Cottage vacation rentals in Sommen

We were 5 guys on a fishing trip and the accommodation was perfect for 5 grown men. Very nice terrace to take it easy in the evenings with a nice view of the forest and the ponds.

We were 100 % happy with the entire stay!! Absolutely NOTHING to complain about or that could have been any other way !!! Highly recommend this house ! Erik as a host was great , always helpful when you had questions and he quickly answered my questions!!

We spent 10 days with Fredrik in Mullsjö and we enjoyed it very much. Exactly what we were looking for. The cottage had everything it needed and a beautiful location with a great playground for the kids. Great sauna with a large whirlpool bath that we used a lot. The house was just the right size for our family of 5. The surrounding area invites you to stroll around the lake and is very quiet. We also had a boat available where we could go on the lake. Only the entry into the lake was a bit unpleasant because it has a lot of reeds and it was not so easy to get into the water. We highly recommend Fredrik's place. The contact with Fredrik was always very friendly.

We had a great week in Mary's very cozy old house. In particular, we liked the outdoor area. We were often on the boat, fishing, using the hot tub, making pizza in the outdoor oven and relaxing by the lake. The stand up paddle was also tried. A deer could even be seen in the opposite forest. Although there is no WiFi, we had internet through mobile data. The house was also a good base to follow the footsteps of Astrid Lindgren. A moose park is also nearby. Communication with Maria was very friendly and quick! We were very pleased and can recommend the house!

Very spacious accommodation. Pool, hot tub and trampoline at your leisure. Lots of great toys for the children (children's paradise). Kitchen has everything you need, as well as charcoal grill in front of the house. We only lacked a hairdryer. We are happy to recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay. Even nicer than the pictures. The sauna is very lovely, next to the river, we really loved it. Frans is very nice and generous. I highly recommend this place. Note: you can hear the noise from the main route (not inside the cabine) but you can easily forget about it.

The cottage is absolutely perfect for a long weekend at Vättern. It had newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, as well as large and cozy living room perfect for 5-7 people

We enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion in this cozy vacation home, on the terrace overlooking the lake and in the rowboat that we were allowed to use.

Really nice house in a good and quiet location. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. The house was very clean, with a lot of equipment, and easy to find. Also Joakim answer very quickly if you have to ask anything.

Pia is a very nice, open, helpful person. The plot is super nice and the lake has very clear water. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday there.

As a family of five with a dog, we spent six days in this beautiful, exceptional accommodation and enjoyed it very much. A bouquet of fresh flowers was on the table, nature is wonderful, the lake a pleasure, the various huts very simple but cozy. It's also great that you can grab a rowing boat at any time. It was a lot of fun. Katarina and Lars were very nice, quickly accessible, and extremely helpful and committed.

Great place! Amazing views, quiet surroundings, delicious and cozy to be able to light up both the wilderness bath and the sauna. And cozy with a little tour on the lake at sunset. A fantastic little gem, I highly recommend!

This was a great spot! The house was really cozy and just right for us. It was nice that the city and Astrid Lindgren's World was only 5 minutes away. We will definitely come back to stay here next time we are in the area.

We booked the cute house by the lake for 4 nights, and it was as described in the photos, perfect for a few days of rest, our children also loved it. The premises were well-equipped and clean, everything you need😊! We would come back, thank you for that.

I have been to Elisabeth's cottages 3 times now and feel at home. Super nice view and close to everything.

Great host. Warm welcome and all the time available when anything was needed. The place was above expectations and perfect for those who want water and sauna tightly tied to the actual residence. A real pleasure and we would love to come back!

A tiny house in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for just beeing in the beautiful nature. Also convenient for trips to Katthult, Vimmerby or Mariannelund. Elsie lives next to the house in a former school building. She was kind and a splendid host.

We had a lovely stay during our trip for Vätternrundan! Sten is a great host who was helpful and very friendly. Beachvillan is located on a gorgeous beach with a peaceful view of the lake. Due to our focus on the bike event we did not try the activities at the house, however there were lots of choices too! 6 adults would have been too much for us but we could make it work for 4 (tall) adults. We are really glad we stayed here 😊
