Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Somervell County

This place is a new favorite for my family, and we plan to be back. First, let’s talk about the host. Marta is very communicative and started our conversation by giving me all the information I needed up front: eating recommendations, places close by to visit, exact instructions on how to reach the hangar, expectations. She is a wonderful host! Second, the place is very cool! The unique location and decor did not disappoint. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a perfect cup on coffee as well as plates, cookware, and utensils for dinners. (The only thing missing would be a few bowls, but that was easily mitigated by a store run.) The bedrooms were roomier than I expected and the bathroom is a great size. When inside the apartment, you truly forget you are in a hangar. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out a bit and still spend time together. Overall, our stay was amazing! I cannot wait to stay again when we come back to visit Fossil Rim.

quiet and peaceful! Sat outside and conversed with the horses & Buddy, who by the way, is a GREAT greeter! Just what was needed. This was our 3rd time and will be back!.

House is as described. I was in the area for a few weeks for work and the place was perfect for what I needed. Check in was easy, communication was great. Only downside is parking is a little tight if you have a truck. I would stay there again.

We had a great experience at Dwayne's place! This is the third time we've stayed and each time has been of the same high quality standard. The home is very easy to access with the host providing clear instructions for entry and use during our stay. It is located on a very pretty property. The home itself is new and clean, including comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We are always appreciative of the thoughtful welcome package. Highly recommend this when you are visiting the Glen Rose/Hico/Stephenville areas.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice—the house is even more beautiful in person, and the backyard is unbelievably large. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy, and the grandchildren loved exploring the yard and taking advantage of the river access. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the town square and close to all the great activities Glen Rose has to offer. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Adriana, for being such a wonderful host and making our trip so memorable. We can’t recommend this place enough!

This place is a quick drive to dinosaur valley state park. It’s a beautifully decorated home and the hosts are responsive to any issues during your stay. We had 14 people stay here and the only thing i would point out is that the bunkbeds are so small they are really only suitable for small children not teens or adults. So that’s something to keep in mind depending on your group dynamics. Besides that it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our girls weekend immensely!! Everything was just as described. The house was very clean and perfect size for 5 of us. The views are absolutely amazing. We saw so many deer and got to watch the baby calf’s play each morning. Ward was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions before and during our stay. We used the hot tub our first night. There is a QR code in the instruction binder that takes you to a video that clearly shows how to work the hot tub. Everything was super smooth from check in until we left. We had a great stay and will definitely return.
