Wonderful place, perfect for a small group get-away. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware making it easy to cook our own meals, the hot tub was very relaxing, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Highly Recommend!

Marie was a great super host. Always responsive and not intrusive. Her place made us feel right at home as she supplied us with snacks, drinks, paper towels, toiletries and lots of bath towels. In addition, she even had a hot tub for guests to use in the back of the house. Her place was cozy and just as described. If we are ever around this neck of the woods again, we would not hesitate to rent her airbnb again. In additional, her pricing is very reasonable but overall, we love that she allowed us late check out and is very chill with check-in/check-out procedures. Definitely a super host. In all the different airbnbs, I have stayed at, We feel Marie is very thoughtful host and have truly thought everything out for the guests. Highly recommended!!

My friends and I visited during a trip to OhioPyle State Park and we really enjoyed ourselves. There was plenty of room for everyone and the area was very peaceful & serene. We especially enjoyed nights in the hot tub!

This was a very peaceful stay for us. The host was very nice, reasonable, and worked with me very nicely. the house was beautiful, comfortable furniture. the hot tub is amazing, all the controls work as long as you read the instructions in the binder you’ll be good to go. the house and neighborhood is not as private as some people might prefer, but we didn’t mind it at all it was a very peaceful neighborhood. dollar general is right down the road as well.

Jennifer’s place was convenient to the GAP trail. We were traveling with bikes and pulling trailers. They have a shed and covered back porch for storing bikes. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the layout of the downstairs. Would recommend for bikers on the trail.

I have stayed at several air BNB's, & this place was by far one of the best! The property is even better than the pictures can depict, & everything we could have possibly needed (cookware, bathroom supplies, towels, blankets, games, etc) was provided, & so much more! We were greeted by a personalized note, fresh beautiful flowers, & cinnamon rolls from a local bakery. They went so above & beyond & it was all the little things that made us feel like VIP guests. It rained a lot the weekend we stayed, but between the cozy indoor fireplace, games, books, covered front porch, local store recommendations etc- it was impossible to be bored. When the rain did let up, we were able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, hot tub etc- which was surrounded by beautiful landscape, flowers and wildlife. I cannot say enough good things about this place, truly the most peaceful, well stocked, comfortable, clean home. All 3 generations that stayed here only had good things to say. 10/10 recommend!

Hidden Gem. If you're looking for a great place, away from the hustle & bustle, this is it. On a clear sky, next to the fire pit, one can look up and see the Milky Way with ease - we lost count on the number of satellites passing overhead. Plenty of room within the home and a plus goes to single-floor living. The kitchen is big with plenty of counter space and up-to-date appliances. The kitchen has all the basics, but consider bringing any unique utensils, small appliance, or gadget if you're making anything special. Bonus points goes to the grill and traditional smoker onsite. The back deck is big enough to host a corn hole tournament! The large covered portion of the deck came in handy during the rain. The host was easy to communicate with and even supplied wood for the smoker. Definitely would stay again.

It was a cute cozy cabin with a beautiful pond out front. We loved the hot-tub as well as the upstairs area!

The cabin was gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It is close to great shopping area and restaurants as well. Host was great with instructions & communication before/during our stay.

It all starts with great communication. Michael answered every question and also helped with check in and our needs. We so enjoyed the private surroundings and easy to find. Plenty of towels and linens. Every room was unique. The first floor felt like you were in a cozy and rustic cabin. Then you retired upstairs to very spacious bedrooms. A real unique set up! The outside area was equally impressive. We loved the fire pit area close enough to the house to make it enjoyable to go in and out with ease. The covered deck and hot tub is a bonus, easily accessed from 2 rooms on the first floor. And what a view from on top looking down on to the private pond. I would suggest maybe stocking some larger fish. Back to the kitchen which had plenty of cookware and service. We are coming back next year for sure!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 4 families. The setup was ideal for both relaxing and spending time together. We loved the firepit in the evenings, the hot tub was a great bonus, and having the lake so close by made the whole experience even better. One of us even forgot his phone at the cabin, and Mike was kind enough to open the house for us the next day after checkout so we could look for it—and we found it! That kind of hospitality really stood out. One of the best cabin stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

The place is so quaint and charming tucked back into the woods with a beautiful view. The decor is dated but in excellent condition. The kids loved the intercom system ;) We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean and the beds (including the futon) were comfortable. The pool table and hot tub were great entertainment for all. It worked so well for us all to be together after our daughter's graduation from UPJ. Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved the property and Shea was extremely easy to connect with. The home and surrounding landscape were very secluded and serene. The bed was more comfortable than most hotels and everything in the home was neat and clean. We took advantage of being able to purchase extra firewood and loved sitting by the camp fire. We really loved it there and hope to return someday! We highly recommend this property and host!

We had a great stay. Being 5 minutes from Seven Springs was a huge plus. The place was very well stocked, we were amazed there was even a coffee grinder on hand! Hot tub was nicely oversized and Clinton was responsive when needed. The only concern we had was one of the bunk beds was so rickety the kids refused to sleep up top. Im sure this will be addressed and we'd love to stay here again.

This cabin was a perfect weekend get away and super close to the seven springs resort. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but the cozy cabin and hot tub made up for it. We look forward to coming back next year.
