This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Cottage in genuine Dalaby. Close to a nice swimming lake with a sandy beach (3 km) and 20 km to the popular Romme Alpin. With sufficient snow, there are cross-country ski trails around the area. You will also find good shopping in Kupolen Borlänge just 18 km away. Firewood for the fireplace is on site. During spring, summer and autumn, the deep Solvarbo ravine is 100 meters from the house, which provides a nice nature experience. In Säter there is also a golf course in beautiful nature by Lake Ljustern.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg och Sjö. 1.5 km walk to the ski resort. 4 beds. Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in a sofa bed (best suited for children). Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
