Although temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year the weather is marked by two distinctive seasons: the rainy season (May to October) and the dry season (November to April). During the rainy season the mountains and volcanoes surrounding the lake are verdant green. The mornings are generally crystal clear, while the afternoons bring spectacular showers that are a sight to behold as they roll in over the lake. During the dry season it is rare to receive any precipitation at all. La Casa Colibri has five luxurious guest rooms each with en-suite bath. Four rooms have spacious balconies overlooking the lake. Two rooms have deep soak tubs with separate showers.

Villa Eggedal is situated on the North shore of Lake Atitlan in the peaceful village of Santa Cruz. Ten acres of beautifully manicured gardens with pool overlook the lake and its surrounding volcanoes. The gardens make this a bird-watcher's paradise. There are 7 properties on this amble estate. The views are amazing but it does involve walking up numerous steps. If you are arriving after dark, please make sure to bring a torch with you. Only arrive by boat and not by car.

You have access to parking, restaurant, grounds, beach, swimming pool and the jacuzzi next to the pool. . Beautiful apartment , spectacular view, lovely balcony. Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel. We have the most 5 star reviews in all Sololá.

Casa Chinga Chinga se encuentra localizada en una Bahía llena de vida (puede haber ruido) en el Lago más lindo del mundo según National Geografic. El terreno está rodeado de áreas verdes y queda muy cerca de varios pueblos. A la casa puede llegar en carro y desde ahí se puede ir en lancha a todos los pueblos que se encuentran en la orilla del lago.

We had a fabulous stay at Xenia's, and the staff at the house was super accomodating and professional. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, and really felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the large grounds and garden and had a wonderful time with our family in this home. We enjoyed the location in the busy town of Panajachel. It is a few blocks up from the market, which is quieter while still being accessible and walkable to the main busy points in town. Highly recommend!!

We really loved our stay here. The view is amazing with lots of windows and the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. The location is also perfect with the house being right next to the best beaches in San Pedro. Juan was also very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return soon. Gracias!

We loved the cottage. Everything was in perfect condition and everything was working perfectly. The most beautiful thing is all the green space available, it's really worth it. It is very useful to go down to the public beach from where you could access the main street of Panajachel and also go down to the lake. We want to highlight the excellent attention and predisposition of Claydeth and Antonio, very friendly and always attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this place.

A magical place, the lake is impressive, having it literally in front, the accommodation has an upper and lower section, it is on sloping terrain, the magical part is the one below and there is a kitchen, we decided to be in that part most of the time. There are many steps, so it is advisable to wear tennis shoes. If you can swim, don't miss the part where you jump into the lake from the dock 😍

The place is surrounded by beautiful gardens and forests. If you don’t mind taking cold showers this place is a must if you are thinking of staying in San Juan. We payed for a temazcal(ancient sauna)with a traditional Mayan ceremony and it was a lovely experience.

Beautiful, spacious home in the heart of San Marcos. Feels private because of the trees even though it’s a short walk from everything. Good to note that the beds are a little hard and the second bed and bath is in its own separate space next door which is accessed by walking a few steps across the porch. Overall I loved my stay here and would definitely book again! Juana and the entire staff at Dalileo Chocolate House was exceptional. Definitely try the chocolate!

This place is a real gem! spectacular views, well situated comfortable spacious and clean. The gardens and gorgeous lots to see. Appreciated the different places avaible to sit and smell the flowers.
