Vacation rentals with beach access in Sololá

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

The place has an amazing view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly, without any delays. The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.

It's even more beautiful than in the photos and I'd go back a thousand times!! Pros: You can see the sunrise from the balcony and be surrounded by nature throughout your stay. The landscapes are beautiful!! The restaurant food is rich. Direct lake access. Public boats always pass by, so you can get around easily. Cons: You may encounter large spiders and scorpions, so be prepared mentally. You have to climb several stairs to get to the room.

This apartment is s great deal for staying in San Pedro. Easy check in, responsive host, 10/10 location, beautiful outdoor space, well priced. Kenny helped us get s shuttle directly to airport after our stay and always answered immediately any questions that we may have had. Perfect Airbnb for a few days in San Pedro.

Great Airbnb even provided us with a private pick up that was a great little tour and helpful. If you are a warm body there is a fan but you could get hot. Shower has hot water and TV works perfectly as well as WiFi. It is a little far walk from the Main Street Santander but doable only thing about where it’s located is a little hard to describe to a tuk tuk where you’re going and they rarely pass by the street so you can wave them down to take. But overall great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocio's place, the views are absolutely stunning! It was so peaceful and we enjoyed the fireplace upstairs. Would love to return one day!

This place was just as described! This place was so peaceful and calm, it was perfect to get away from the busy towns nearby. The only slight inconvenience was having to find a tuktuk to get to the nearby towns as they were not walking distance. We had to start walking until a tuktuk became available. Overall I would totally recommend this place!

What a great stay! Nelson made sure we had everything we needed, every question was answered and resolved. We loved all the great amenities of the house and felt right at home. This Airbnb is what Airbnb was supposed to be 10 years ago. It’s not just another property from a manager that you never see. Jean was very warm welcoming and welcomed us herself on our arrival. She was very proactive by giving us some tips from what to do, where to go or eat. She answered really quickly and helped us organized some massage sessions. The property is as described. The heated pool, the private beach and dock. Be aware that there are a lot of steps in the property and that arriving there from San Marcos may be a little difficult because of the road. But in my opinion those aren’t a problem after you see how beautiful it is there. I hope I can return one day

We loved staying at Nicolas’ home! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The views are amazing and loved waking up to a beautiful view in the morning. Although our trip was short, we enlisted every minute of it! The location is a bit far from the lively cities but the boat rides are pretty consistent so getting around was not difficult at all. Not to mention Nicola’s had recommended to us the best way of transportation around cities so that was help for sure.

If you are looking for a nice place, but quiet, where you can rest, a private place, intimate this is the place in San Pedro La Laguna, which beautiful place, is everything that is fine.

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

Augustus’s place is a dream location in Lake Atitlan. San Marcos La Laguna is a great place to get away of the hustle and bustle of other towns, while still remaining close to the lake and maintaining the ability to bop around easily. With a dock just 30 seconds away, you have easy transport to any other area on the lake. We also enjoyed the peace and privacy of the location. The space and property were beautiful and we could tell very well taken care of and well-loved. The views were immaculate. The decor and craftsmanship blew us away. What took our stay to the next level was Augustus’s kindness and hospitality leading up to and throughout our stay and finally, the wonderful meal his partner cooked for us on our last morning. My lifelong girlfriends and I will remember this trip forever. If you’re looking to make magical memories and take in nature’s beauty, this is the place!

A magnificent house with access to the lake and a small dock on the shore, everything is very neat and quiet. 100% recommended, you won't regret it.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala

The pictures don’t do enough justice — this place is absolute incredible and beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea was super nice enough to accommodate an early check in and provided contact information of the property manager, Alejandra who is SUPER nice! She also gave us contact information for a local Tuk Tuk driver that would take us to the port to take lanchas to surrounding villages in Lake Atitilan. Andrea is also VERY responsive to any questions I had regarding our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and would totally come back 😊
