El anfitrión fue muy amable, llegó en el horario que establecimos para el check-in, la casa me pareció muy linda porque hay contacto con la naturaleza, todo estaba limpio y súper cómodas las camas, por la mañana habían ardillas ✨ está cerca del lago, únicamente el check-out siento que fue muy pronto (10am) muy recomendado 10/10

The little house worked perfect for our weekend. It was simple. Quiet. Easy access to kayaks and the lake. There is not a view of the lake from the house, but we enjoyed the front porch and garden to okay games and relax. It was so quiet!

Siempre estuvo en comunicación, comprensible y el lugar es tranquilo tanto para relajarse como caminar con los perritos dentro del residencial.

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

Una bella casetta accogliente, in una zona centrale di San Pedro ma al tempo stesso un posto molto tranquillo. C'è un portico e un giardinetto per poter stare all' aria aperta e la casa ha tutto l' occorrente necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Josefina è molto reattiva e disponibile. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Mi estancia fue excelente, la ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario y en una zona muy conveniente. La anfitriona fue increíblemente amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y muy atenta en todo momento. El check-in fue muy flexible, lo cual agradecí mucho. La relación calidad-precio es simplemente ridícula (en el mejor sentido): por lo que se paga, el lugar es una verdadera ganga. Todo fue excelente, no tengo ninguna queja y sin duda lo recomendaría al 100%.

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

Es segunda vez que me hospedó acá, el lugar nunca decepciona. una casa bella mente decorada con mucho espacio para relajarse y pasarla bonito. la nueva piscina con jacuzzi está hermosa y relajante. la pasamos muy bien con la familia. gracias por la hospitalidad de su personal se siente uno como en casa.

Nos quedamos con nuestras dos niñas (5 y 2 años) el lugar muy apto para ellas, estuvimos muy cómodos, las camas y sábanas muy cómodas. Mucha naturaleza, nos encantó la opción de piscina, y jacuzzi con vista al lago. Vimos el atardecer en un kayak, logramos hacer el tour de birdwathching y logramos ver el Quetzal, también tomamos tuc tuc al pueblo y tomamos tour en lancha alrededor del lago. Nos la pasamos muy bien! Nos brindaron toallas para piscina y aparte para bañarse! Si quieres cocinar, lleva aceite, sal, azúcar. Del restaurante la Posada nos encantaron las quesadillas y el sandwich de lomito!

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

It was a brilliant stay with everything we needed and great communication. The plunge pool, sauna and net on the deck were big winners. Just do be advised since photos have been taken there is a bit of growth of plants around the property and a new house built next door. Also Nicolas does live on the property out the back who takes care, he is lovely and stays out of the way completely but just a heads up. Had everything we needed but would advise bringing food to cook as it is a bit out of town so having some meals at the place is recommended and a must with the view. Definitely wake up early to watch the stunning sun rises. Thanks for the stay

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien, parece un poco pequeño pero está bien. El anfitrión es amable y responde rápido. Por el área sería bueno que lleven repelente de mosquitos. Las camas son cómodas y espaciosas, cumple con todo lo descrito. Gracias por permitirnos alojarnos.

Un lugar privado, tranquilo y muy cómodo. Daniel estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y brindó instrucciones precisas. Agradecemos los servicios de Erika y Carlos que ayudaron en las necesidades que puedan surgir como limpieza, etc son personas agradables y muy atentas.

My friend and I had a lovely few day stay in Becca's place. It was nice to have our own little part of Santiago - lovely views of the lake and nearby volcano, a great restaurant on the premises, and of course, the cabin itself was well appointed. There was lots of purified water, a great kitchen with fridge and comfortable bedding. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a special stay while visiting Santiago, and Lago Atitlan..

I stayed at Julio's place with my husband and 2 kids. It was a blast! We really enjoyed it! Most beautiful view in that area around the lake ! Julio is very responsible,helpful and friendly as all his stuff! I Would recommend it to all!

El lugar está increíble! Hay bastante vegetación, lo cual hace que el lugar se sienta único. Tiene una vista genial hacia el lago y la comida está muy rica. La atención del anfitrión fue excepcional. Completamente recomiendo este lugar.

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

This place is so peaceful! We were very happy with our experience here. Not much noise from the road or dogs barking at night. The birds in the morning made the most noise. We came right after semana santa and there were fireflies! Something I’ve always wanted to see. Very beautiful.

The place was immaculate, it gives fairy tales vibes. Definitely recommend. ✨

Absolutely stunning stay! The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, and the host team went above and beyond—arranging Tuk-Tuks for us to town, the docks, San Juan, and even to San Pedro at 6:30 AM! We also enjoyed playing pool on the rooftop and walking through the beautiful gardens down to the lake. A couple of notes for families with kids: 1 - The property is split into two separate units connected by outdoor stairs. It is not one unit in the traditional sense. We chose to keep all the kids on one level and didn’t use the downstairs beds. 2 - The gardens are private but accessible from the public shoreline. On two of our three days, we saw small groups hanging out in the gardens and just the other side of the gate. It felt safe and didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with children.
