This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.

The exhibition centre and the main train station can be approached within 10 minutes by the nearby subway. The airport is reached within 10 minutes by taxi or 25 minutes by bus.
