Very nice apartment, 2P, 65 m2, with parking, great location on the shores of Lake 2, leisure and business town between Marsa and Tunis. 15 min walk to the lake, 200 meters to Tunisia Mall and 500 meters to Hannibal Clinic. 15 min drive to the beaches of Gammarth, Carthage, La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said, and downtown Tunis. Very nice view of the hills of Carthage and forest. Very high standing building. Living room + 1 bedroom + 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom. Very well furnished. Numerous nearby restaurants

Nouveau petit logement cosy, aéré,lumineux ,sécurisé et à proximité de toutes commodités. richement meublé (clim, chauffage central, hotte, four et cuisiniere) , douche à hydromassage; etc. il se trouve au quartier des palmeraies-ain zaghouan à 10 minutes de l'aeroport et 10 minutes de la Marsa et à 5 min des berges du Lac. il est à noter que l’espace de vie est petit (canapé et kitchenette) et convient idéalement à un voyageur solo ou un couple) merci de se conformer aux règles de la maison

Beautiful duplex close to the sea

the duplex is welcoming, well oriented in a quiet ,guarded city, parking ,a small garden and a large courtyard. Close to the shop. Not far from Sidi Bou Said , the bay of Gammarth ,the large Gulf court. Hotels and restaurants. The residence is well guarded: surveillance cameras and caretaker. The duplex has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom on the floor. A living room, the kitchen and a dirty water with shower on the ground floor, all the rooms are air-conditioned.

Wonderful place to stay! We felt that our hosts wanted us to feel like home, with some food in the fridge, bottles of water, coffee and even croissants in the morning! It was soooo nice! Apartment has everything you might need and even more, from hairdryer and drip coffee machine, all the kitchen stuff, fast and great internet connection, everything was great! And very, very clean. Great, silent location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Wonderful and friendly hosts! We highly recommend. One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed. Thank you!

Rented to accommodate part of my family for my wedding, the Villa proposed by Samira did more than meet our expectations. Well equipped and maintained, it has above all a real charm with many mosaics and magnificent stained glass windows. Samira was also a quality host for both her availability and kindness. Finally, in terms of positioning, you will have to take taxis or rent a car to get around, but the placement of the Villa means that the tourist areas (Marsa, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and even the city center) are rather quick to access. No doubt that I recommend the Villa for a good stay in Tunis.

The house was neatly clean . All the amenities listed are there. Wael transferred me Tahé who is a great communicator and a very friendly person. He actually called to check if I am well settled and if I need anything else was so helpful pointing out Bolt (uber) . Thank you so much Tahé you are a wonderful person.

I was at Dhouha's place with my wife and our 7-month-old baby for 5 days. Dhouha was very helpful and caring, trying to satisfy all our needs. The apartment is located not far from the centre of Marsa, which is easy to reach on foot or by taxi (which is really really cheap in tunisia). It's a strategic place to reach Sidi Boubsaid, Cartage and Gammarth by taxi. Contrary to the first impression, the place is very safe also to go out in the evening - as I said, we were with a little baby and a baby cab! The apartment is very confortable, modern and beautiful also with wifi, even its a little slow. A nice terrace outside with its refreshing wind is amazing in the sunny days and hot nights. The air conditioning is also a luxus when it becomes very hot at night.
