Amazing apartment with garden and unbeatable ocean and Punta del Este views. Lots of sun, ideal all year round, north-facing. Located on the Lomo de la Ballena, in a setting of vegetation and rock, a building with unique characteristics that blends in with the materials and vegetation of the place. Apartment of 98 m2 total; 49 m2 covered and 49 m2 of garden, one bedroom and with the possibility of turning it into a unique environment giving the feeling of being in a house with a large living room and garden.

Solanas closes the amenities in May and June. In those months only the apartment is rented. Apartment in Green Park Solanas, Punta del Este for 4 people, has a bedroom with a double bed and a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen with an armchair bed for two people. It also has a terrace overlooking the park with its own barbecue. Rented directly by the owner, and not by Solanas, so it does not have hotel services, such as replacement of toilet paper, shampoo, etc.
