Ideal to be immersed in the tranquility of a residential village, but also a few minutes away by car from all services: groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, beach resorts, nightclubs, etc.

We are excited to share our new Italian seaside home with you - just 10 minutes away by foot to the beach. A home built in the 80s by Italian agronomists who planted a beautiful garden adorned with cedar, olive, and rose pepper trees. The villa boasts a beautiful patio where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of Feraxi - sounds of birds, seaside waves and quietness. What stands out the most however is dining in our courtyard under a beautiful lemon tree.
