Vacation rentals with a patio in Solanas

Emanuele is super friendly and always available. We enjoyed the holidays. The place is great. Shops are nearby and the center is lively. We'll go back.

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared a little something for us in the form of something sweet, olive oil and schnapps and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really outstanding. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the accommodation, we were easily able to take various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything and we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious and I would book it again at any time! The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

The check-in instructions including video were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking lot, which is located behind the fence in the complex, is a big plus. The parking space was good for our Seat Leon. The center and supermarkets are also within walking distance, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well-equipped kitchen and the great view from the balcony! The washing machine with clothes rack and air conditioning make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and recommend it to the family as well!

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We had a great time in the house of Giulia and Lorenzo who warmly welcomed us with delicious small local specialties. The house is very clean, very comfortable and very convenient to live in. We had beautiful weather, Eve who allowed us to have our breakfasts and lunches outside and have coffee in the sun. We recommend the house of Giulia and Lorenzo which is also very well located, the shops are within walking distance in 3 minutes. We took the car to get to the beautiful beaches, each more beautiful than the last, but they remain accessible on foot in 15 to 20 minutes. In short, we will come back if we have a chance!!!

Great stay value for money, with everything you might need! spacious bedrooms. Diego answered our queries promptly. I recommend his place for your stay in the south of the island, in a quiet little town.

We spent 10 days in this wonderful house. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house is well equipped and everything matched the description. The location is excellent. You live on a huge property without disturbing neighbors, at the same time there are numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby. Roberto is a great host with a lot of heart, we've never had a better one! Especially after our first week in Costa Paradiso, with landlords who were not at all heavenly, that was particularly good. He always provided us with good tips and recommendations. He responded quickly to every question and was there to help and guide us. Thank you! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Great house, great host, nice location.

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rags, detergent, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.
