In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

La casa è situata sulla scogliera e immersa nel verde ed è consigliata a chi vuole vivere in pieno relax. Da tutte le stanze è possibile godere della vista del mare o della natura. Ristrutturata nel 2016-2017 e composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, due doppie, due bagni, soggiorno con caminetto, angolo cottura, pergola vista mare, parcheggio.
