Easy to reach, close to the Kusadasi center, walking distance to the beach (2 min max) with private grass area, which is the crucial part. House itself is perfect with everything you need. hope to stay again soon..

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

i received the house as it appears in the photos. Every place was clean and very tidy. There are two different facades of the house, one in the morning and the other is shaded. The white goods work smoothly, the beds are comfortable. We loved the bathroom on the terrace, very practical. The place of the house is very nice for me, there is a lot of noise on the beach, the houses in this area are much quieter, but you can go to the sea within 5 minutes walk. Our neighbors were very good, we did not have any problems. The hosts answered all our questions quickly, they were very interested. Thank you for meeting me next year.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

This place is really good value for a somewhere with a pool in the area! The outside pool area and lounging and dining area are gorgeous. It is also a great location to drive to Kusadasi, seafront and also to Ephesus, which we explored whilst we were here with our 5 children. There is a good cooking and dining area and plenty of towels. The bathrooms and parts of the kitchen could do with a little updating but this did not distract from our stay and the host was really keen on feedback to improve and was friendly, responsive and welcoming so you can’t ask for more really. Would recommend.
