I like the desk. If you have to get work done, then the desk is great. Great hot water and great water pressure.

The host was very accommodating and the place was warm and cozy.

Highly recommended! The apartment was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. It was exactly how the host described it and everything in it. The host's mom who runs the place was super kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The gated, quiet place was well-maintained with a huge parking lot and colorful bougainvillea flowers all around. We had the chance to take a look at the apartment months before we rented it so there were no surprises. I definitely will give it a 6 out of 5. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay!!

This place is the best choice if you’re staying longer than a week. It’s in the main part of Toledo. Food choices all around you and just a short walk or tricycle ride away. The public market is right next door. It has everything that you can possibly need. It’s on a busy street, great to watch the people coming and going through town on the balcony. I felt really safe inside with the locking gate at the bottom of the stairwell. They had a garage to store our motorcycle which was really nice .The place really made us feel at home and we treated it as such. This is definitely something we’d consider renting again. Might and Hazel were extremely helpful and polite which is why I give them 5 Stars!!!

Bill was not there during our stay but his wife Cristina welcomed us very warmly and was lovely. We had breakfast which was very good. The place was magical, better than in photos and once we arrived at the place, we were so sad to leave it. We loved it here!

As a budget stay this is was perfect for our needs. The residence was totally clean and the host and cohosts were extremely supportive. We booked at the very last second and they were kind enough to accept the booking and also were flexible with check in. My partner was not feeling so well when she arrived at the residence and the team there made sure she was okay and felt better. They went above and beyond for us. With the listing you get what you can see and it includes wifi which was a real bonus. Having curtains for the large windows would be nice, but it was a great place to stay.

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

Good location, peaceful, almost consider as mountainous area.

If you want to learn the town, stay where the locals stay. Easy walking distance to fast food and shops. Local trike taxis can get you anywhere else.

The place is very spacious, perfect for family gatherings and it’s worth the price! The place is clean and the linens, kitchen utensils and equipments are well prepared. The caretaker is very friendly and responsive of our requests! We had a wonderful stay at Casa Carmencita and we’ll surely visit again!

The home has high end finishes, is well air conditioned, clean, has amazing views, multiple on site guards to ensure the safety of its residents both short and long term, but above all of this, the host is lovely to communicate with and extremely responsive, so this is an A+++++++++ property which anyone would be well served to snatch up if ever there are any open blocks in the bookings. Had a great stay! The place was very neat, with a beautiful minimalist design that made it feel cozy and relaxing. It also smelled really good, which added to the welcoming ambiance. Everything we needed was provided—from towels and toiletries to complete kitchenware. The only thing we noticed was that the internet was a bit slow, but overall, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend, and would love to stay here again!

This is my 2nd time staying in miss Hazel’s place and again it did not disappoint me. The room is clean and very well organized. Hazel is also very responsive and very accomodating in my request. I will definitely recommend this place.

Only stayed overnight with my friends, but we enjoyed the place very much. They had enough stuff for us to prepare our own meals and store food in their mini ref. Pool was also free of access but closes at 8pm, so better start swimming early :) They provide toiletries and you basically have everything you need inside the room. Just bring your own slippers. Host was also responsive :)
