Beach house vacation rentals in Sogod

We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

Mark (host) and RJ (house manager) and the entire team staff made us feel welcome at home. The house is perfect for a nice and relaxing stay with delicious food all professionally prepared in the thatched roof kitchen and dining area with great views of the ocean. The pool is a great focal point with lots of seating surrounding it. The kids enjoyed beach combing during low tide. The nearby hot springs and hike to a waterfall is a nice 1/2 day excursion as well.

We couldn’t have made a better choice than staying at Janette‘s house! Everything we asked for was taken care of and thanks to Janette and her husband living in the same building, they even provided us with amazing food and true philippinean hospitality. The room itself is located in the host’s house and therefore not really private, but as Janette and her husband are both very discreet, we felt quite comfortable and independent. Spectacular view over the ocean!

It was a nice place. Clean and very big ang area. Perfect for big groups who want to stay together and celebrate. Also nice to unwind at the pool area.

Ivee is a great host. The house is clean and very near to the market. The location is safe because it’s just near to the guard house.The caretaker is just a call-away. We had a superb and comfy stay .

Me and my family had been booking via Airbnb (mostly my family's account) but I can 100% say that this was the greatest value. The host (Jordan) was very accommodating, start to finish. Instructions were always very clear. The caretaker was also very friendly. The house itself was worth the money for a place to stay in if you're traveling to nearby places in Cebu. Centralized A/C, working vent hood (which I believe is super important for centralized A/C), there's hot water, there's 2 bathrooms (1 in master's), there's so much space in the living room, sofa is convertible to bed, I really could go on and I will not be saying anything bad about it. Really served its purpose: offer a place for travelers that would still be comfortable and homey. And...the location is walking distance to Gaisano mall so you can just grab what you need. If you prefer fruits or food that's not from the grocery, then there are stores nearby din. Still, surprisingly, it never felt like it's maingay. :) TYSM
