A fantastic place to stay in Kyiv! If you want to be near the centre of this beautiful city then you really don’t need to look any further than this gorgeous apartment in Podil. If you are on a budget you will definitely find cheaper places but you will get what you pay for. I needed a larger space for my visit and all of my local friends were envious of the size and quality of this apartment. When I return to Kyiv next year I will stay here again if it is available. A fantastic place.

Amazing apartment, clean and well-designed, very comfortable, has everything you might need for both short and long stay. The location could not be any better, lots of historical buildings and cafes around, very convenient to get everywhere by foot. Ми зупинялись на 10 днів, все було чудово, квартира комфортна і простора. Не хотілося з неї виїзджати. Шикарне джакузі, в житті більше ніж виглядає на фото. Поряд багато ресторанів та тц Гулівер в якому є великий супермаркет. Ми приїхали до міста рано вранці і хоча час заселення пізніший, нас змогли заселити одразу, за що окремо дякуємо!

Another wonderful stay in Kyiv at Oleksandra's. The flat is light, airy and beautifully decorated and has everything you could require - including a wonderful view of St Michael's Cathedral. It is also safe and quiet. It is centrally located being a few minutes walk from the Maidan, Andriyivsky Descent and St. Sophia's Cathedral.

Все чудово. Приємний власник, легкий процес заселення/виселення. Багато місця для зберігання речей, тихий двір, чисто, охайно. Є лише один мінус: коли на дворі йде дощ, він дуже-дуже голосно тарабанить по балкону. Я застала дощ, що тривав усю ніч і не змогла заснути взагалі. Навіть беруши не блокували достатньо цей звук.

якось в один день я, мій хлопець і собака по імені Платон вирішили вирватись з міських джунглів і відпочити в лісних джунглях, після довгого пошуку ми знайшли будиночок пана Олега. по-перше хочу подякувати за такий теплий прийом, всі вказівки, рекомендації, купу маленьких деталей і комунікацію по-друге це дійсно шок - сидиш в самому центрі осокорків, а враження ніби за містом. тепер, -ножі є, і не один, не два а штук 7 -так, дійсно душова в зоні бані, але не знаю мене навіть прикололо і так більше місця. проте зважайте це в кого є запити -і так само туалет, тому кому буде напряжно бігати по сходам (літні люди, діти..) то треба це враховувати -так, десь трішки не криштальна чистота, але в основному це на вулиці. а це вулиця, ало) але ж -басейн! класний, чистенький, просторий -генератор! це зараз маст хев -велика ділянка з лежаками, гамаками -і взагалі дуже приємна атмосфера для того, щоб нічого не робити приємний бонус: собака приймала сонячні ванни 24/7 тому я супер рекомендую
