Vacation rentals with a patio in Sofia Province

The apartment looks exactly like the picture. The place is really clean and it is equipped with everything you might need - it has a coffee machine, a TV, a microwave and everything. The place is very quiet and peaceful yet it is very near to a metro station. They’ve host let me leave my car in the parking lot of the building which was very nice. Every time I tried to contact the host I got a response immediately. The spotless and very well furnished apartment is impressive. I really enjoyed my stay.

The accommodation was very nice, filled with modern items that made the stay even more pleasant. Like a washing machine, airconditioning, a portable heater and a dishwasher! Also the host was very flexible, respectable and quick to respond! I had a great stay and would most definitely recommend this host and in the future I would definitely reuse the same accommodation!! 🙌🏼✨️

We loved this Airbnb! We moved in to this AirBnB for about a week, as a transition to a more permanent place. But we would have liked to stay longer. There was fabulous sunlight that streamed through the living room window each morning. That warmed things up, even on chilly mornings. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. When we needed anything, Petar (our host) was always quick to respond. We contacted him about a burnt out lightbulb, and he sorted things out right away. He lives in the same building, which makes things very convenient. He and his wife are very nice. They were great communicators. The location was close to restaurants and shops for groceries, and it’s just a 7-8 minute walk to the metro, tram and buses. We loved this place!

Venjamin was always very gut to reach and very helpful. The apartment was clean and equipped with everyhing needed even for a longer stay. Although on a big street, there was no noice to bother. The area around is great with the park in front of the apartment, lots of cafes and restaurant and everything reachable by foot. We had a great stay. Thank you, Vanjamin.

Το σπίτι ήταν τέλειο, πεντακάθαρο και πολύ φωτεινό! Ο κήπος ήταν πολύ όμορφος και ενδείκνυται για οικογένεια με παιδιά! Επίσης μας βόλεψε παρά πολύ η θέση πάρκινγκ στον κήπο! Το σπίτι είναι 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια στην στάση του μέτρο! Περάσαμε υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

It's the second time my family and I are staying at Alexandar's place. We love it! The place is very cozy and Alexandar is a very responsive host!

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

С приятеля ми решихме да прекараме вечерта на рождения му ден на това прекрасно място, и останахме очаровани както от красотата и уюта на дома, така и от гостоприемството и милото отношение, и естествено топлината, с която бяхме посрещнати. Със сигурност бихме повторили, чувствахме се като у дома си. Изключотелно благодарни сме!

Great location and responsive host

Прекарахме повече от чудесно във вилата. Къщата е оборудвана идеално и с вкус, има всичко което може да ви потрябва за престоя ви, безупречно чисто и истински уют. Страхотно за семейно прекарване на чист въздух, природа и спокойствие, игра с детето и кучето в красивия и идеално поддържан двор. Батутът беше уникално забавление за малката, а в детската стая - играчки за занимания на закрито. Дворът е абсолютно обезопасен за кучето. Местността е живописна, с невероятни гледки, идеално за разходки. Селото е много китно и подредено, хората приветливи. Деница е страхотен домакин! Благодарим ѝ за гостоприемството и отзивчивостта! Не можеше да бъде по-хубаво!

Много интересна и голяма къща! Удобна за голяма компания! Локацията и квартала е супер! Добра комуникация с домакина!

Супер си прекарахме в къщата въпреки кофти времето навън. Къщата е напълно оборудвана с всичко необходимо, намира се на много красиво и спокойно място и с компанията си изкарахме супер. Определено препоръчвам, бихме се върнали отново лятото :)

Terry’s place is very convenient from the airport. The exterior looks rough but the interior is newer; address is challenging. The unit has what you need for a short stay in Sofia. Terry was super responsive and even checked in with us to make sure everything was good at our 2am checkin. Overall, I would recommend!

Clean and comfortable. Convenient for skiing. Quiet but central. Easy to keep warm. Well equipped kitchen. Recommend for a great value ski trip.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Rachella’s place is really beautiful, full of light, huge, and in a really great neighbourhood with fab coffee shops and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and sights. She was very proactive in helping us when the key was not available due to a mix up with another guest. Great communication and we had a lovely time. Thanks Rachella!

The host and the place were amaizing! Super quiet and peaceful house, the only thing you hear is the bird's song. Definitely will visit again!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Sofia! The location was absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the plenty of halal food options right on our doorstep, which made dining super easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Loved the range of snacks waiting for us :) Our host was incredible, so accommodating and kind, even allowing us a late checkout since our flight was in the evening. It made such a difference not having to drag our luggage around the city all day. Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

We loved staying here. The apartment is large and airy with great light. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two mini split ACs so we stayed cool in the heat wave. It's in a great neighborhood right next to Borisova park and in a beautiful neighborhood. Best of all the Metro stop is near by so you have access to the city without using a taxi.
