What a fantastic place. Ski in ski out - probably not for total beginners but I hadn’t skied for 20 years and it was perfect. Just a short ski down to the chair lift . And fantastic team helping us and great food. And a short walk to a spa for tired legs

The room was spotless clean, with nice and modern design, own terrace for each room. Bed is confortable. It is not the classic airbnb style place ('I let people to rent one of my room'), as it is an actual hotel. Its location is faboulous (if you like the nature): among slope hills, far away from every kind of traffic/noise/unpleasant neigbours. The only noise you can expect is the barking of the guard dog:) Nikola was a gret host: speaks good English. The restaurant of the hotel has wide selection of traditional Bulgarian food for reasonable price.

Great Hotel steps from main square in town. Rooms are excellent and food in the hotel is first rate. We took the train from Sofia, and had to connect with the bus service from station to town and host was very helpful with that (bus is coordinated with train but you have to pay a few lev and get straight on, then its ten minutes to town, return schedule is posted on the busstop in town. Will visit this hotel again.

Great hotel! It’s got wonderful rooms which are spotless and have everything you need. You can have lovely food at the hotel restaurant. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city centre but I’d definitely stay there again.

he have arrived at the hotel very late as had a flat tyre on the way there. Kalin has welcomed us and offered his help sorting out the car. the place is great and the spa is lovely and private, heated pool inside, steam room and the sauna everything made to high standard, beautiful view from the window. the owners are very friendly, the very open, well travel people down to earth. my daughter was offered home made cake, she loved it. it's a nice place not far from all regional attractions, in the summer they have outdoor pools!! its a family run business definitely worth checking out. great atmosphere and hospitality.
