Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sofia Province

Great place for the Lads looking for a budget friendly stay. We wanted somewhere close to the lifts Warm Cheap This listing met our criteria perfectly, it’s sleeps 7 comfortably, can sleep 10 but 2 would be sharing small double beds and the final person would be on a sofa bed, It’s not Glam but it’s not described as glam so can’t be criticised for it. I’d advice ear plugs so you can’t here your friends snoring in the room next door or if the bar below is playing music 🤣 I had ear plugs so slept like a baby Would happily come back again 🫶

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the view was breathtaking. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Each morning, they prepared a delicious homemade Bulgarian breakfast that added such a personal touch to our stay, and they tidied up the place daily, which was much appreciated. The jacuzzi was a highlight – the hot water was perfect, and there were sunbeds right beside it, ideal for relaxing. We also loved that they had bikes available, so we could easily explore the beautiful surrounding area. They really thought of everything; all the amenities we needed were right there, and they even surprised us with some thoughtful complimentary goodies. We couldn't have asked for a better experience – highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a touch of Bulgarian hospitality!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Прекарахме повече от чудесно във вилата. Къщата е оборудвана идеално и с вкус, има всичко което може да ви потрябва за престоя ви, безупречно чисто и истински уют. Страхотно за семейно прекарване на чист въздух, природа и спокойствие, игра с детето и кучето в красивия и идеално поддържан двор. Батутът беше уникално забавление за малката, а в детската стая - играчки за занимания на закрито. Дворът е абсолютно обезопасен за кучето. Местността е живописна, с невероятни гледки, идеално за разходки. Селото е много китно и подредено, хората приветливи. Деница е страхотен домакин! Благодарим ѝ за гостоприемството и отзивчивостта! Не можеше да бъде по-хубаво!

Престоят ни в къщата беше прекрасен. В къщите са осигурени всички нужни удобства. Хостът беше страхотна, много услужлива и винаги на разположение. Беше помислила за всичко и се погрижи престоя ни да бъде спокоен, приятен и комфортен. Съобразяват се с нуждите на гостите на 100%. Бяхме няколко семейства с малки деца, за които също се погрижиха подобаващо. Определено това място си заслужава да се посети.

Huge house to get lost in. Sauna, Gym, Jacuzzi is amazing, Bluetooth, everything you could wish.

Моят съдружник и аз имахме няколко делови срещи в София и още от пристигането ни бяхме посрещнати като крале ! Гостоприемството на Станислав беше просто изключително — топъл, внимателен, винаги на разположение, той направи престоя ни не само приятен, но и напълно безпроблемен. Почувствахме се като у дома си още от първия момент. Паркирахме колата си без никакъв проблем в частната алея — истинско удобство, особено в София. А гледката… Балконът предлага спиращ дъха панорамен изглед към планината Витоша — вълшебна гледка от изгрев до залез. Апартаментът е безупречен — уютен, обзаведен с вкус и напълно оборудван. Съотношението между цена и качество е ненадминато — рядко се намира такова бижу с толкова човешко отношение. Препоръчваме това място с две ръце и със сигурност ще се върнем отново при следващото ни посещение в София !

Great place. Clean and very modern. Could have included more amenities, especially for the kitchen, but was still great for a short stay. Beautiful place

She was pretty much a perfect landlord and did everything she could to help us. She encouraged us to stay late after our stay had to end, suggested a place to eat before we event got to Teteven and if I have asked I would have gotten an answer where to go probably. The apartment was clean you also have a few board games like chess and etc. to play there. The kitches was flawless if you like to cook you have all the basic stuff there like oil, pepper, salt even olive oil neither of wich I found in the last few bnb's I've visited. In general me and my friends there liked our visit in the apartment and the city in general.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

Everything was as described. Wonderful stay there.

Kiril was a great host and responded immediately to any questions we had about our stay. A major bonus was that our check out time was very flexible so we didn't have to rush out of there our last morning--instead we were able to stick around until our bus in the afternoon. We absolutely loved the location and couldn't have asked for an easier airbnb experience! Thank you Kiril!!

Къщата е изключително комфортна и дава възможност за невероятен релакс сред природата след забързаното ежедневие! Препоръчвам с чисто сърце! Бихме повторили почивката в по-топлите месеци, когато ще можем да се насладим пълноценно и на градината!
