Great place with a large common area that can easily fit 6-7 people. The parking spot can easily fit 2 cars and there is very nice BBQ outside (the hosts even prepared it for us TWICE). The hosts are in a nearby house (connected to this one without direct pathway). They we close enough for us to know where to find them if needed but never felt like we're being supervised. The house is pet-friendly! There are enough plates and utensils in the kitchen. The down floor is very warm although the floor was a bit cold so we’d recommend wearing footwear. The bedrooms are on a separate floor that is not connected to the common area so you’ll have to go outside for a moment.

Very nice, tasteful apartment with many facilities such as dishwasher, water filter, vacuum cleaner, oil and salt. A balcony overlooking the countryside, a river in front of it and everything is within walking distance. Peter was flexible, responsive and relaxed at check-in and check-out at all times. Highly recommend!

Rossy’s place was an amazingly cozy abode in the snowy Sofia. The place was so aesthetically pleasing and had everything one would need coupled with the amazing breakfast and the very welcoming and charming attitude of Rossy’s father - Mr. Peter made us feel right at home. Will definitely come back (in summer tho)

Very erudite and interesting person. Warm welcome, was up very early the next morning to light the fireplace and not be cold. Nice and unpretentious little place, we enjoyed drinks by the fireplace. I recommend the place.

We’ve stayed at this apartment before and we love it. The host is very kind, check-in and communication are very smooth. The apartment is on the top floor and has really cool slanted ceilings which we love, the design overall is great. Highly recommend it and would definitely go back in my future Sofia travels.

Unique apartment! The host is answsering the messages right away. Everything was well explained. The apartment is new very very clean and smells good. Comfortable bed. The kitchen is easy to use. Tanya was a great help when we struggled to get to the hotel. She was friendly and always available to make our check in smooth and painless. The resort is extremely peaceful and alluring. The spa was opened specifically for us and even the sauna was turned on, outside of working hours. Great apartment with a lot of space and an amazing forest view. Thank you again Tanya for the hospitality and pass on our appreciation to the hotel staff!

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

We had the most amazing stay at Four Seasons Villa! Nick and his wife were absolutely incredible hosts—so warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, they took care of everything, making sure our group of 8 had the best experience. The breakfast was delicious, and every detail of our stay was thoughtfully arranged. The hospitality was truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the future! Highly recommend!
