Great place, great host, would definitely recommend!

The accommodation was very nice, filled with modern items that made the stay even more pleasant. Like a washing machine, airconditioning, a portable heater and a dishwasher! Also the host was very flexible, respectable and quick to respond! I had a great stay and would most definitely recommend this host and in the future I would definitely reuse the same accommodation!! 🙌🏼✨️

Мястото беше много чисто и спретнато и с отлична локация. Домакинът беше много любезен и комуникацията протичаше с лекота. Апартаментът имаше всички нужни удобства. Бих препоръчала и бих посетила отново.

We loved this Airbnb! We moved in to this AirBnB for about a week, as a transition to a more permanent place. But we would have liked to stay longer. There was fabulous sunlight that streamed through the living room window each morning. That warmed things up, even on chilly mornings. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. When we needed anything, Petar (our host) was always quick to respond. We contacted him about a burnt out lightbulb, and he sorted things out right away. He lives in the same building, which makes things very convenient. He and his wife are very nice. They were great communicators. The location was close to restaurants and shops for groceries, and it’s just a 7-8 minute walk to the metro, tram and buses. We loved this place!

Eine sehr schöne und sehr persönlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Schönes altes, warmes Parkett im Wohnzimmer. Modernes Bad und Küche. Schöner, gut nutzbarer Schreibtisch. Die Bibliothek ist ein Highlight. Manche der Bücher besitze ich ja auch, aber eine so interessante Buchsammlung habe ich noch nie gesehen. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht (Restaurants, Fast Food, Supermärkte, ein empfehlenswerter Weinladen nur wenige Häuser weiter). Durch U-Bahn und Tram ist man schnell im Zentrum, am Flughafen und am Busbahnhof. Ein Tipp für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist Zhenski Pasar (Woman's Market), nur 5 Stationen mit Trams 20/22 von der Wohnung entfernt. Ich werde auf jeden versuchen, bei meinen künftigen Besuchen wieder hier zu übernachten.

loved my time there! was nice and cozy and when I meet the host she was super nice. I noticed they see still renovating the house so had a bit of that feel to it but was a nice place non the less

С приятеля ми решихме да прекараме вечерта на рождения му ден на това прекрасно място, и останахме очаровани както от красотата и уюта на дома, така и от гостоприемството и милото отношение, и естествено топлината, с която бяхме посрещнати. Със сигурност бихме повторили, чувствахме се като у дома си. Изключотелно благодарни сме!

Чудесно място за престой, в центъра на София. Близо до спирки за обществен транспорт и магазинчета. Чисто и уютно, много отзивчив домакин, ясни инструкции. Тихо и спокойно място, за нас беше удоволствие да сме ваши гости. Благодарим за кафето 💖 Препоръчваме с две ръце!!!

Мястото за настаняване покри всичките ми очаквания и дори ги надхвърли, домакинът беше супер отзивчив. Възползвайте се от библиотеката.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Terry’s place is very convenient from the airport. The exterior looks rough but the interior is newer; address is challenging. The unit has what you need for a short stay in Sofia. Terry was super responsive and even checked in with us to make sure everything was good at our 2am checkin. Overall, I would recommend!

Rachella’s place is really beautiful, full of light, huge, and in a really great neighbourhood with fab coffee shops and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and sights. She was very proactive in helping us when the key was not available due to a mix up with another guest. Great communication and we had a lovely time. Thanks Rachella!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Sofia! The location was absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the plenty of halal food options right on our doorstep, which made dining super easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Loved the range of snacks waiting for us :) Our host was incredible, so accommodating and kind, even allowing us a late checkout since our flight was in the evening. It made such a difference not having to drag our luggage around the city all day. Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

We loved staying here. The apartment is large and airy with great light. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two mini split ACs so we stayed cool in the heat wave. It's in a great neighborhood right next to Borisova park and in a beautiful neighborhood. Best of all the Metro stop is near by so you have access to the city without using a taxi.

L'appartement de Mariana est parfait, j'y suis restée un mois et rien ne manquait. L'emplacement était parfait pour moi, le quartier est calme à 15 minutes à pieds du centre et à 5 minutes d'un grand supermarché. C'était très facile de se sentir chez soi! Mariana est une hôte réactive et amicale, je recommande à 100%

Прекрасно жилище , което с радост ще посетим отново . Много уютно , удобно и изпълнено с предмети и мебели сътворени с любов и арт вдъхновения . Препоръчвам ! А на Йоана пожелавам гости , които ще оценят труда и идеите вложени в този апартамент !

l appartamento è nuovissimo, in un palazzo appena ristrutturato, si è al 12 piano con ascensore e si gode di una vista a 360 gradi sulla città! ampi spazi interni dotati di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose e grandi bagni forniti di tutto. sicuramente da consigliare ad altri ospiti! grazie all host!
