The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom had a beautiful selection of toiletries, the kitchen was well equipped and with teas/coffee/sugar etc… The sofa with pull out bed was a great design feature that allowed us to set up the bed for our kids while retaining the use of the sofa. We arrived late from the airport and they still met us and showed us into the apartment. This made our check in very easy and pleasant. The area was very walkable and within easy reach of many restaurants, shops, and main areas of interest. We were very warm in the apartment even in mid-February! We would definitely rebook. Thanks for a great stay!!

Ognian’s apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Ognian was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Sofia!

The apartment matched the photos and description. It was extremely clean and contained everything we needed for our residence. It is located in a quiet and peaceful street and at the same time, near bus stops and metro station. I highly recommend this apartment!

Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and Sergei was more than responsive and helpful about it. Upon arrival the host gave excellent instructions regarding entering the place. It was clean, tidy and full of all the things you might need during your stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! :)

The location was very central but on a peaceful, cozy street. The apartments are clean and modern designed. The host was prompt in answering. There are two parking lots but they are undergroung and be careful because in our case we couldn't park because we didn't enter in the car elevator due to the size of our car but no worries there are parking lots within the vicinity . Overall our staying was good, cozy and nice and the host was great, we definitely recommend it.

Very affordable hotel in a peaceful part of Sofia. It is a short walk to all of the main things to do in the city. Ani is very quick to respond. Would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Sofia

We had a lovely time staying Eva’a flat. The accommodation was very clean and had a homely feel, it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. The location was good, we were able to walk to a number of restaurant and sights. Eva was responsive when I messaged and left clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The apartment fits the description. It is situated in close proximity to Central Hali, literally in the city centre. The place is spacious and bright, having everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x

The place is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, relatively close to the city center, with good communications. Fully matches the description and photos. Some inconvenience has been done near the street renovations, but overall it did not worsen our stay. The host - Biljana is a very pleasant and polite conversationalist, thanks for the responsiveness and helpful guidance she provided for the time of our stay! We would gladly use the Palms apartment on next trips to the town of Sofia.
