Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Sofia Center

We have stayed in Yvetta's flat twice up to now. Both times we had an excellent experience. It felt like home. The accommodation is in a new building, in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, it is beautifully organized and maintained and it was equipped with everything necessary and more to cover all the needs of our stay. In addition, it is spacious, comfortable and clean, with plenty of light coming in. We found that it was excellently located, with easy access to Sofia town centre. Communication with Yvetta and Svilen, her husband, was excellent, punctual and helpful. Svilen, in addition, made a point of warmly welcoming us in person, on both occasions when we stayed at the flat, to make sure that we could access the flat without difficulty and that we would easily find where everything was inside the accommodation. We are most happy, as we already have done, to recommend this flat to our friends and family and we are looking forward to staying there again ourselves in the future.

The apartment was well located close to the airport. It was clean and modern and fit 3 comfortably. Communication and instructions were clear and accurate in English. Couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you!

The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

I myself stayed at the apartment for one month and the stay was excellent. Terry was always very friendly and attentive and sent a weekly report to see how it went. And to see if there was anything she could help me with. The apartment itself was very clean and practically furnished and has all the necessities and more (I really can't get anything, which the apartment doesn't have) It is a little further from the center, but there is a direct metro from the house to the center that takes about 20/25 min. This apartment is therefore definitely recommended for anyone who does not want to stay in the city center itself. And I will definitely visit it on my next visit.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. It has everything according to your needs. The apartment is located close to bus stops and metro. There is an elevator in the building, which is a big advantage. Very good sleep and feel rested. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was big and very comfortable for 3 people. The neighborhood is nice and communication with Marte was really smooth. I recommend this place!

Iliana's place was great to visit. Parking is easy in front of the apartment. The apartment includes all amenities you might need and Iliana was very responsive and helpful with any query! Would wholeheartedly recommend!!

Antoaneta and Latin’s place is even more beautiful than the pictures! It’s super bright, cozy, and really comfortable. We’re a group of five, and we all feel right at home here. Everything is just as described, and you can tell the unit is really well cleaned. Latin has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even better. Plus, it’s in a great spot—there’s a coffee shop, grocery store, and a big mall just a few minutes’ walk away. We highly recommend this place for either family trips or business!

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Warm comfortable spacious home in great location. We loved our stay here. House warm, cosy and comfortable and real log fire a treat. It snowed the whole time we here but we were never cold. Location ideal for us. Visited Sofia, Plovdiv, Rila Monastery and Borovets. Also nice walk around town itself. Dimitar super helpful, very friendly. Also his parents who lived next door who able to answer all questions we had. Would highly recommend to others and would love to come back one day.

We had a lovely time staying at Ludomir's place. Ludomir was super helpful and responsive. This property will be our first choice next time we come to Sofia!
