Marina was very patient when we had a bit of trouble finding the apartment, while the place was very beautiful and clean, with all possible necessities. The area was also really nice, you can even see the NDK from the balcony. Amazing host and place, would definitely recommend, especially for such a great price!

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

Very happy with my stay, the location was walking distance to the important places for me, in the immediate vicinity there is a paid parking and shops that are open late. We'll definitely be visiting again!

In general great value and amazing host. Had everything you need for a long stay, as listed. They had a bonus set of pillows to choose from (I'd say one of the more comfortable ones compared to other places), amazing terrace and great views. My only complaints would be - there is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and no place for towels, and the kitchen was a bit dirtier than expected - we had to wash most of the stuff, especially the pots and pans before using them. As a recommendation - this place should definitely have a working space - it will make it perfect.

The apartment itself is simply outstanding—modern, stylish, and immaculately clean. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for both short and long stays, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that make it feel like home. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into designing and furnishing the space, making it both functional and inviting. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus, especially in a city like Sofia. The location is also fantastic—quiet and safe, yet conveniently close to everything. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. But what truly made this stay special were Nikol and Maya From the start, they were kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. Their check-in instructions were clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Even when I caused a small issue, they were nothing but professional and understanding which was appreciated

The apartment is in a great and clean condition. The description and pictures match the actual situation on site. The kitchen and living room are spacious and well thought out. We particularly liked the fact that the apartment is suitable for small children. The apartment is well connected to the transportation network. Subway station on the doorstep. By car you are quickly on the main road to the center. Asya is a warm and courteous hostess who takes care of the guests' well-being.

we left with great pleasure, everything was very nice from the place we stayed, the location was very good. The transportation was very comfortable. The house was very clean. The rooms and kitchen and bathroom were useful. The indoor parking was also magnificent for a place like sofya. Thank you so much...🙂

Everything was just perfect. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go, great restaurants and bars are nearby. The apartment itself is fantastic, clean cosy and has the most comfortable bed! Good for r&r! Julian is a great communicator and caring host.
