The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

The 40 sqm apartment is modern and is located in a quiet one-way street with good infrastructure, free parking and bus stop within walking distance. Enjoy the tea and coffee flat rate. A supermarket, bakery, butcher and a gas station are quick to reach. The Wurmtal for access to nature is only a 5-minute walk away.

Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

my studio is on the first floor(with elevator) . It is very cozy and functionally furnished . Baker 10 m,train station 450 m, department store 50 m. Center 900 m.,parking garage only 20 m away . The studio is very central and all amenities are within walking distance.
