A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat control on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

We felt super comfortable! Everything was right! Lovingly furnished, both inside and on the property with many idyllic seating areas and as a highlight the direct access to the jetty. Absolutely recommended!

The secluded and unique location of the island cannot be beat. We had a big adventure on the island with our children (4 and 7 years) - swimming in the river, campfire, sauna,boating etc. The house was cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed every second to the fullest and would come back any time.

A modern kitchen features white cabinetry with sleek handles, a dark countertop, and a marble backsplash. Stainless steel appliances, including an oven and a hood, are integrated into the design. Natural light illuminates the space, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.
